Property Ratings at Reserve at Castle Highland
This place is a great place to live as far as neighborhood and location! But really what sets this place apart from the other appartments my family has lived at is Steve the maintenance man. Not only does he always take care of your place but he makes the community feel like a family. This is a man who checks on the building 7 days a week and makes sure the pool is sparklingly each morning (even on his birthday, which was a SATURDAY!). This man is supper dedicated to making it an amazing place to live and without him there this place would not have received a 5 start from me. We will miss living here for sure!
Super good value for such a cheap apartment. Most places would be at least $1000 for a one bedroom this nice. Took a while to actually get approved and move in due to a change in management but never had a problem with actually living here. Maintenance is always very fast upon request.
The management at this place is terrible. They called me and accused me of having a fire pit on my deck and I do not. That is a clear fire hazard. They are un professional and left a notice on my door to pay $1.33 with no explanation as to what this charge was for. Overall very unhappy with these apartments.
