Friendly staff and beautiful finishes in the apartment. Building next to main entrance in front of dog relief area needs cleaning. It has outdoor furniture thrown around and visible through window.
Couldn’t ask for a better living experience! Amenities are top notch, the team is incredibly responsive and helpful. Noise is not heard from surrounding streets.
Love the 24-hour concierge service. Front desk Jeremy is very helpful, professional always with a smile and a positive attitude. As someone who worked in customer service, it makes a huge difference! Newer morning staff need to take notes on how to approach residents. Simple eye contact and a good attitude go along the way. Remember, you may be the first person a resident sees that morning and that sets the tone for their day.
I have enjoyed living at registry on the park for the past 2 years. The team in the office, concierge, maintenance and cleaning is superb. They hold themselves to a high standard and it’s not unnoticed. My apartment is quiet. The resident activities are great! They truly think about what we might want to experience.
I LOVE it. Brendan, Janelle, and Stephanie truly became friends fast because they are so fantastic and so much fun! Have never had better leasing office and management. Also Randy who helped me find my unit, and Jeremy, Vicky, everyone at front desk - they truly go above and beyond and it's a family feel in the building! Not to mention gorgeous apartments, brand new everything, incredible maintenance that will be there ASAP any hour of the night, and everything you need.
Love the area and location! Registry on the Park has great amenities and the staff makes you truly feel like it’s a home. Super clean and maintenance requests gets fixed quickly. Love this community.
I’m living here for more than 9 month, and I sure that I will extend my lease because it is the best building in midtown. I recommend for everyone to join here
Awesome. I’ve had a great experience. Everyone is so friendly and nice to me and my roommate! I also love the fact that there are a bunch of dogs that are always walking around - it makes the environment very fun!

The concierge and administrative offices are well managed. The building amenities are great and the location next to Piedmont Park is wonderful. My only concern is that for a dog friendly building there is not a dedicated dog park or area which the neighboring buildings seem to offer.

It is a wonderful building to live in. The staff is friendly and helpful, the free parking for guests is an added bonus. The street is overall very quiet and well-lit. The Community both inside the building and on the block is friendly! There are a ton of dogs in the building, like more people with dogs than without dogs which is awesome. They host monthly events for their residents to help build the community. My one complaint is the pool is very small, and we don't have a ton of amenities, but the ones we do have are great.

We enjoyed our experience so far. So far, maintenance seems excellent and we have frequently seen the community being upkept. A few notable pros and cons. ( ) Large, gated entry parking garage on the bottom floors of the apartment Good amenities (pool, fitness room, rec area) Super friendly and helpful concierge and leasing office who have made the transition amazing Well designed kitchens for easy cleaning Security - Your fob only lets you onto your floor and not other residents' floors GREAT location - close to piedmont park and central midtown , one of the nicest areas in atlanta Excellent sound insulation - zero sound from outside (we are on a high floor fyi) and minimal neighbor noises (-) Poor water flow in sinks (shower is fine) Some maintenance issues when we moved in (doors installed poorly)

Love the staff. They are awesome. Common Area are always kept clean. Dog fake grass area smells quite a bit. Carpet on the 20th floor has quite a bit of stains. When cleaned, it looks better but the stains come back quickly. Needs to be placed. Residents carpets needs to be cleaned periodically. Thank you.

Beautiful building and nice staff. Packages go missing often due to the package room not being secure. Wi-Fi doesn’t work half the time or is very slow and you can’t try a new internet provider.

The community is one of my favorite parts of living at Registry on the Park. We have a truly fantastic staff (huge shout out to Jeremy). On top of that, we have made so many friends, both fur and human! The location is a 10 out of 10, and the leasing staff makes renewing easy. The entire staff at Registry on the Park are such an elite crew! I have always felt safe and cared for, but never overly managed or pestered. Living in the city can feel overwhelming, so it’s quite peaceful and assuring to come in the door to a friendly smile. The common spaces are immaculate and things just seem to run smoothly in the background like a well oiled luxury machine. This is my first experience with rental complexes, but I can tell that the process implementation here has been designed with so much more thought and wisdom than the condo I moved from, just a few blocks away! And that’s crazy to me because the hoa fees there were quite high! The value of having good people here is incalculable to me. I mean, Larry and Jeremy are my main people because they are just so professional and kind, and I love seeing them. But everyone is great! I am so happy and grateful to have renewed my lease for a second year. Mazal!

I would recommend this propert due to the fact that when the maintenance arrived he helped me graciously with something that was new technology for me, and he didn?t make me feel dumb for not understanding how to use it. He also spoke highly of the building when helping me understand my lock system. Very positive attitude.

Management is great & extremely helpful always! I was nervous to have new management come in, but Registry on the Park team is fantastic.
New management is terrible ever since building was purchased by Lincoln Property Company. Amenities are unavailable more often than not. The building is unclean. Management is condescending and rude and refuses accountability for the steep decline in living quality.
I would recommend for the location, because it is convenient. But, it is a bit overpriced for what we can get in the area.
The quality of living has shifted due to the new ownership. It does not feel as special therefore would not highly recommend.
I've been happy with the community so far. In the past I did recommend the community to one of my ex-coworkers who moved in as a result. However, it's still too early to assess Lincoln Property.
High degree of service from our staff, friendly, gets to know our names.
Management has been great since I moved in. I feel very safe, the residents are cool, and you can't beat the location. Only thing I wish it had was a sauna (I got spoiled by super boujee apartments in Miami).
The physical apartment building itself is fabulous, I am not sure about how the new management will play out, what amenities will be left or cut out and what new rules they will instigate.
Still very unsure of the new staff and environment that they will create. Yoo on the Park was a great community and I miss the staff and the small touches that made it a great building.
The apartments are well-kept, beautiful views, clean lobby and facilities, staff is cordial
Notorious for hidden move out costs, recommend insisting on no deposit, or else only put down a deposit you're willing to lose
Like Hogwarts for Atlanta. The staff are the real highlight, they set up breakfast on Wednesday mornings, they also do food trucks that are included with the rent. There is a dope pool with a grill, and the common areas and rooms are very fancy. 10/10
Wonderful place to live with wonderful people that makes it a nice family
I absolutely love the design of this building. All of the extra touches and attention to detail make living here special and fun. The interior finishes are stellar and management is fantastic.
This building continues to be very noisy. Music in the pool blasting, some times wakes us up at 6am! Multiple exchanges with the multiple management companies that had managed this property for it's short 2 years with no results. Parties go on until morning hours, pool music is a nuisance listening to the same music for over 18 hours a day.cannot longer open the balcony. Cannot count the number of times we have to call the concierge about shutting music on pool or at the very least, turn I'd down so it is not heard even on the highest floors. Buildings accrued had complained of seeing people in bed, removing clothing, etc. New management needs to continue to communicate about privacy, better yet, lack of privacy. Better options right across the street.
I was immediately struck by the design and decor of the building when I came in for a tour... now it's such a wonderful place to come home to every day. It's a unique, cool and different aesthetic compared to every other run of the mill upscale high-rise building in midtown. They've thought of every little detail here. The views of the park are an added bonus. I also love that you're on a more residential, quiet street in the middle of midtown. The staff and concierge are so kind and helpful. They make it easy to book housekeeping, car detailing on site and you can drop off dry cleaning at the front desk. I was out of town during Hurricane Irma and the staff brought my outdoor furniture inside for me to make sure it was secure. That's great service!
