The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Regency Park
I recently stopped by to view a unit. I was greeted with a smiling face, making me feel extremely comfortable. Sometimes the apartment hunting process can be daunting, but the staff was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I will be submitting an application ASAP! Thanks again to Marqua and the leasing team !
I was interested in a 3 bedroom, I went by one Saturday morning to ask more about what I need to provide to start the application. I work but my husband is self employed and just started his job. My boss who is a certified accountant helped my husband and I get the information they asked for my husband's income. My boss try to call them to share the info they were missing. Yet I was doing my part to give them the information they needed at a timely manner. Emails and phone calls to provide all the info they were missing. At first the lady who I spoke with Nora gave me wrong information about what I had to provide. She admit she was new and was learning which I understand but I really felt like I wasted my time I did all I could to provide them with everything they needed. I was really excited to have had Regnecy called my home, now just disappointed with their service.
I’ve been really wanting to live here and no one returns your call or picks up the phone. Disappointing.
The apartments are very nice for an affordable price. Maintenance always comes pretty quickly when I need them. Neighbors are very friendly and I've never had any problems.
