Rancho Ocaso Apartments

This place has everything, the front office people genuinely care about my needs, it's quiet, and I feel safe here. It's also affordable and pet friendly. Every maintenance request I've submitted has been taken care of immediately. No complaints.

Our unit had mold in it and they did not care at all when we told them we were having health problems and we asked them to hire a mold inspector to test the mold to see if it was hazardous and they did not want to do that. Instead they kept going back and forth with us and sent someone to check our unit a week later. I hired a professional mold inspector and the results showed carcinogenic mold present. I told them about it and they said that mold is not dangerous in Las Vegas. They did not follow the proper steps to remediate the issue, they kept our security deposit, we tried taking them to court annd they never responded to the court order and waited for our lease to expire. We lost a lot of personal items due to the mold. We were never paid back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP A PEACE OF MIND. I have so much evidence. Please stay away it was very stressful.

Lived here for 2 years and I highly recommend the place especially if you have large animals that would be restricted in other apartment complexes. No breed restrictions here. The staff is GREAT; maybe a bit overworked (cause they also maintain the apartments behind Rancho Ocaso); they work their tails off. The pool is resort style and beautiful, well maintained. Tons of stuff within walking distance including Pinkbox Donuts right outside the front gate ... OH MY! Check them out. Sylvia (the property manager) is great and works with folks. I moved here about a year ago and absolutely LOVE it here! There are so many wonderful things about this property I may not be able to list them all... but the staff is so friendly and helpful, the maintenance of the gated community is beautiful, the accomadtions are 5 star (pool, gym, tanning bed!) the apartments themselves are so lovely - very spacious with plenty of storage and huge closets! I’ve had a couple of situations (water heater expired) that needed quick response from maintenance after hours and they were very fast to respond and handle it! Couldn’t ask for better! Sylvia, the property manager, cares about this place and it shows! Do your part - pay your rent on time, be respectful of your neighbors, and you’ll find a lovely HOME environment here!!

we lived there from 2009-2016 the first 4 yrs were great,but that was before manager Silvia took over. that place is a dump dog poop everywhere trash everywhere. the neighbors there are noisey and rude they threaten you. the maintenance staff are a bunch of idiots. Silvia is hypocrite. they don't treat u fair at all. there's also bugs and cops also there. I'm so glad we left there.

Recently updated exterior, new paint, property clean,quiet,manicured and well lighted. Office staff helpful and provide quick response to issues. Repair staff knowledgeable and efficient. Complex surrounded by several eateries, quick stop, drug and department stores. Lovely pool with ample seating and shower,surrounded by palm trees and BBQ area. Nice to come home to.

located just minutes away from everything, including mccarran international airport. living her just makes life so easy. no hastles and struggles with so much to do . . . .

I started living here 2 years ago. It has been nothing but good news. The apartment painted every building even the leasing office.They renovated the gym, and all the bbq picnic area.

What attracted me to move to this apartment is the money saving. I am saving $200 from what i was paying at my last apartment. Being a single mom and a daughter going to college. Has your wallet get full and emptied at the same time. Where the apartment is located is walking distance to stores and restaurants if the not walking distance its no longer then a 5 minutes drive. This is including a mall. My job takes me 20 minutes going and coming home and my daughter school is the same distance. But the best for her is her job is less the 5 minutes away.
