Hey, I tried to move into these apartments from Denver CO. I was denied because I had "no renters history". In reality I had no renters history in the state of Nevada but that is the only place they look. I flew in and toured these apartments first hand, told them I was from out of state and none of this was disclosed during my search process. With that alone I would not be writing this review. After now almost a full month since my denial they still have not refunded me the holding deposit for the apartment, separate from the application fee this should be refundable. This is a shady, unresponsive leasing office and I would not recommend doing business with them.
LOVE my new home. I didn't think it's possible to be so happy with an apartment. The team at Rancho Mirage did an excellent job getting my apartment ready and doing the renovations. I'm completely satisfied and one happy tenant. Everything works great and work orders are responded to promptly. They really take care of their tenants here and want you to have a great experience. Every concern is addressed with professionalism and handled promptly. Special commendations to Eyleen and Gabby in the front office for helping me with the application process and then moving in. These ladies did so much to ensure I had a smooth transition. They are patient and kind in addressing all my concerns. This level of professionalism and caring is rare and I feel very lucky to be a tenant here. Also want to give recognition to Christian, Zaldy, Pedro, and Bob on the maintenance team. Christian and Zaldy did a great job getting my place ready and were friendly when I moved in and made me feel welcome. It really means a lot. Pedro has been very helpful in answering maintenance requests and responded multiple times to a faulty outlet problem with diligence and excellence. His colleague Bob helped resolve the outlet issue and I'm very grateful to the whole team. You guys are wonderful and I'm very happy I made the choice to move here.

I moved in back on june our ac didn’t work it took 1 month for them to fix it Pluming noise issues never took care Our motocicle was stolen from the covered parking spot the security guy is never there someone explored my tired with a blade DO NOT MOVE THERW

This sloppy, mean spirited excuse of a manager, Stephanie should not be in the position of interacting with people. She has no skills of decency to be effective...No people, nor interpersonal skills. She's rude, obnoxious, and abrasive. Since I've been here, I've noticed the original office staff has left. The maintenance of these place is another issue.
the new manager have no clue how to treat a tenant, she have a very bad actitud, is very bossy, she thinks of the tenants like her enployees,very disappointed , I just went to renew my contract and she bolt on me!! like a sargent in the army!! ohhh dear do your self a favor and look for another JOB that suits you ,like mc donalds.
what a shame to this place, the new manager is very unpolite and RUDE, I been leaven in this place for like 5 years already but since she arrive is been very BAD!! I cant even call for the maintanence cause she answer the phone in a very bad mood, well I HOPE the corp or supervicers put at END to this rudeness, and replace her or even BETTER FIRED HER!!!!
Nice place to live. Very convenient area. Near casino, but quiet place. Very clean and everything works fine. Pools and fitness room are nice.
Large facility. Large apartments. Management has difficulty communicating with tenants. Close to shopping, the strip, and highway. Quiet area.
