My experience living at the Radius has been very good experience. I have nothing but five stars review for the building, management, maintenance.

Helpful management. Been here only a few months but they’ve been very helpful and maintenance is fairly fast. The amenities are also pretty good. Personally rooms are a bit on the smaller side but I’m not sure if that’s just how Seattle rooms are.

The process was very smooth, from application to approval. I love the community, its amenities, its proximity to the best places in SLU, and reasonable rent despite all of this.

Radius has been an aboliste pleasure to live in! Small friendly community right in the heart of Brighton. You can tell that the staff and business model is centered around its residents.

Great community and location. Friendly neighbors, conveniently close to office, transport and public places like the South Lake Union and University.

Living at this apartment community has been a generally positive experience with a few areas for improvement. The management team is friendly and usually responsive, although we faced delays in getting our assigned parking space, which was quite inconvenient. Maintenance requests are handled well, though non-emergency issues can take a few days to be addressed. The amenities are good, with a well-equipped gym and clean pool, though the communal lounge could use more seating. The location is excellent, with easy access to grocery stores, public transportation, and great restaurants. The property is well-maintained and clean, and I feel safe walking around at night, thanks to regular security patrols. However, there are occasional noise disturbances from weekend parties. Overall, the rent is reasonable considering the amenities and location, but there is certainly room for improvement in maintenance response times and parking management.

I moved in less than one week. I feel very comfortable for the excellent facility and easiness environment. The deck on the eighth floor is very joyful for BBQ. There are also lounges where you may enjoy the breeze and warm sunshine. The gym is good as well.

The Radius is a friendly living environment for both humans and pets. They strive to keep the living quarters clean and comfortable for all residents. I would recommend Radius to anyone.

Quiet living, clean building with great amenities, bike storage, Amazon Hub package lockers, pet spa, fitness center, meditation room, BBQ grills, best of all great friendly Management team.

My experience at Radius thus far has been wonderful. The building is modern and well maintained. The staff are friendly and quick at responding. The location is convenient.

Happend to have the worst experience here so far. I just moved in to this apartment early May. 1. Broken elevator, my fob doesn't work for the elevator which means that I need someone's help to go to my unit for the first couple days. And I have visited the leasing office for more than TEN times and they give me several new fobs. Unfortunately none of those works. It's still not working at the time I am writing this comment. They have vendor coming to fix the system, and not sure when will it be fixed. 2. No guest access elevator. You can buzz anyone in through the callbox but they won't have access to the elevator. Which is very inconvenient because if you have water delivery service or if you order food through Doordash, you will need to give them fob access or meet them in the lobby. But I am not at home all the time ! When I was touring the apartment, they told me that there is guest access elevator. Unfortuanltey that's not the case after I move in... 2. Very thin wall, I can hear my neighor snoring and foodsteps from upper floors. And the huge sound in the early morning when the garage truck picks up garages in the ally. 3. When I was touring this apartment, the staff told me there is a referral bonus of $300, however after I applied for the apartment They told me that the referral bonus was paid out to apartmentlist.com even though I just applied through their website and there is not one place during the applicaiton process to put the referral name. And they said it's paid out as an "COOPERATE" thing and they can't fix it. 4. Leasing staff are friendly here, but a lot of times there is no one in the office during normal business hours, and you could see people waiting outside of the office to get help. 5. The first payment has to be either money order or cashier check. No online payment, no debit/credit card. I have lived in different apartments in Seattle and it's the first time I have seen this. Not sure why this is happening in year 2023 and city SEATTLE ! 6. Before I move in, I have to reserve the elevator to move my furnitures and set up Package concierge access, but I can't do that in thier old online system myself. I have to call the leasing office to schedule these. Unfortunately, the leasing office is very busy and most of the time the call goes to voice mail. Leaving the HONEST comment here for anyone who considers to move in. Also for the property manager to improve.

It has been a great experience for moving in to Radius, I love living here. It is a convenient location. Close to bus station, grocery stores, Charles River. The nice apartment is with good amenities and security. The staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for your exceptional service from front desk to maintenance.

Radius is a wonderful apartment located at a great place in Brighton. Studio apartment is surprisingly spacious and the overall apartment is well-lighted. I love the huge floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room. It's a perfectly comfortable place to enjoy your work and life.

We’ve only lived here a few months but so far the leasing office has been responsive in answering our questions and the maintenance team responds to requests very quickly. This is also a prime area of Seattle. SLU is a great area.

It is a good place to live, good view and quiet environment.

I love being a part of the Radius Apartment Community! The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are top notch, and the location is wonderful. I would recommend Radius to anyone searching for a new apartment community to call home!

I really enjoyed my leasing experience. Shannon was great during the whole apartment hunting, leasing and moving-in process. Not only that, she keeps on being super friendly and helpful. I also like the apartment features a lot.

Radius is a beautiful yet non-pretentious apartment building in Brighton surrounded by great restaurants and activities.

If you are looking for a quiet, clean, convenient, tech savvy place to reside the radius is it! Wonderful amenities, comfy living space, friendly helpful staff, and respectful neighbors. The A is that it is pet friendly which is hard to find. I am very happy with my decision to reside at the Radius. This place does not disappoint!

Radius is a modern but familiar take on luxury housing in Boston. All necessary amenities are available and there are just enough perks to occasionally make living at Radius feel like being on vacation.

Radius is clean, safe and modern. What I love most is the amenities provided by the apartment. Come winter, I wont worry about stepping out into the cold because I have a gym, workspace and a little stock of candy right upstairs. My studio is also fabulous! So spacious and brightly lit.

I enjoy everything about living at the Radius!
