The team is really nice to work with. Especially Nathan and Samantha. Demetrius is also nice. I was leased by Samantha and she has been a pleasure since we have lived there, she went out of her way to make my birthday special and that was much appreciated. The amenities are nicely kept and routinely cleaned.

I'm thrilled with my decision to move here. The community is incredibly peaceful and well-maintained, with a fantastic location in a great neighborhood. The stunning landscaping creates a truly resort-like atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day. It's also a fantastic environment for families. There's a spacious park right next to the apartments, offering a wonderful place for kids to play and parents to enjoy walks.

In my fifth year at Cortland, they really got this thing figured out. The best office staff and the absolutely best maintenance staff. They are kind and courteous. They respond quickly to my phone calls and my emails. I thought long and hard about moving last year but in the end, Cortland makes it too easy for me here..

They removed all the carpets in the apartments. It is a very noisy apartment. You can not sleep and rest at all.

Rooms and closets are quite big and spacious. Neighbourhood playground makes the experience even better for kids. Leasing and maintenance staff are friendly and work efficiently. The pools and clubhouses are really well maintained.

Highly recommend this property. It is quiet and love the front door trash pickup. So many ammenties from 2 pools to a fitness center to Food Truck Thursday’s and a variety of classes. The service team has always been kind and helpful at getting things done in a timely manner. The team is also wonderful at communicating with the occupants through texts, email, and daily property updates. Also love that is it so close to many eateries, shopping centers, and businesses.

overall very poor experience. very bad maintenance across community areas. the stairs and floor in front of my unit never been cleaned (at least for 5 months).trash accumulates across areas. elevator is cracking and lacking maintenance for months. problem with smoke alarms. gym equipments need maintenance and they are unsafe in actual conditions. trash is never picked up correctly. issues reported are ignored for days. not much care on residents experience.
Offsite Leasing office is not reachable most of the time. Lack of knowledge about the amenities which could lead to wrong decisions while selecting the units.
Management never care about anything and they dont get back to you at all.
Very unprofessional and unresponsive with maintenance and management
The location is great; grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff are friendly and easy to talk to.
My family loves our stay here. The community is clean. Park and the swimming pool are just two of the amenities that kids enjoy most. They are responsive to maintenance request and communicates thru email and text messages for any activities or announcement.
Dont come. Place lack maintenance and cleaning. Amenities are sub optimal and always unavailable for residents.
