I haven't had any major issues and the problems that u did have were all taken. Care of. And from then it's been very short sweet and to the point with work orders no issues and no worries getting it done

Been here 7 years, new management great, theyre prompt with maintenance, looks good inside and out. Got an issue they resolve it. Fair pricing . Love my tall ceiling, fireplace, fans, 5g fiber, wood/carpet floors. Updates are great?

If you don't have options, don't mind paying for more than what you'll recieve and are okay with your neighbor's smoke filling your apartment, go for it. Prepare for maintenance to come repeatedly for the same issues.

I’ve lived here for five years after relocating from Michigan. I must say that maintenance, mainly Ivan, has been great about small repairs that I needed and usually got it done the same day I reported the issue. When I moved here, Chip and Angela were here and they were very nice and helpful. Now we have Bertha and a new person, Adrian, that I haven’t met yet but we’ve emailed. Bertha is very nice and helpful to you when you’re facing an issue paying your rent. I like being able to come home to peace and quiet and the neighbors, well some of them, are pretty friendly and respectful.

So far I really like it here. My neighbors are quiet, the property stays clean and Shantal is really great. My maintenance requests are done the same day I put them in and the work is good. The marble counters are a nice touch too. Wonderful experience.

I love living at Prestonwood trails, basically because it is quiet and peaceful. I will be renewing my lease in a few days. I have never had any problems or issues with my apartment. Management and maintenance team are good concerning people. After getting off work late a while back, I realized that I lost my apartment keys maintenance was there to open my door for me within minutes. Prestonwood Trails is a wonderful place to live!!

The minor maintenance requests I've had have been handled immediately and the staff is awesome. They do a great job managing the property and have treated me with much respect and professionalism.

There are a lot of amenities listed on this site as well as the apartments own website that in reality, that they do not have. When asked about it, all I got were excuses. I will say that the staff is very friendly, and they do address maintenance issues quickly.(and when I say address, I don't mean they actually get the issue resolved quickly, they just send maintenance to look at the problem. I'm paying for a "fully upgraded unit that has appliances that do not even match and they are the cheapest, most basic model that is available. Not at all up upgraded, plus, there are basic amenities that are normally in every apartment that they skipped as well. I is a super quiet, peaceful and seems safe so far and it has good spacious rooms. Just very poor quality, and you can tell that there was no genuine thought put into people who would have to actually live in and use the apartment. I'm not looking to stay long. It's been very disappointing.

Lived here for a year and it has been a complete pleasure! Gonna stay another year too. Just signed my lease. Great distance from 635/75 and an even better distance for the Tollway! Everyone is super respectful and great and the Landlord and staff is just fantastic! Maintenance is unbelievably on point and takes care of any and all issues promptly! Love it here.

The apartment complex is an older building and there are things that need update but it’s not bad if you’re looking for an affordable place. I’ve only complained of a few things 1) my loud running refrigerator 2) ant issue in my room 3) a leak in my bathroom. Unfortunately the ant problem has not gone away and had to put in another pest order. Parking is on a “first come first serve” basis which can be annoying especially if ppl have overnight guest or friends visiting. Recently the complex has been updating the parking lot. It has been an inconvenience since I have to park further from my home but not enough to make a complaint. In the beginning when I first moved in I made a mistake and didn’t read through the contract throughly missing information about updated tags for cars. It’s very frustrating because I was told in the beginning I wouldn’t have an issue with my car being towed but now there was a notice left on my door informing me my car will be towed if I don’t have my car up to date. I wish management would have more compassion and be more lenient with this. I’ve been getting things fixed on my car little at a time because it’s so expensive on top of rent and other bills.This has made me very upset and can’t believe management expects me to get everything done by Jan 2022 and then make January and Februarys rent.

I’ve lived on the property for 5 years and have never had an issue with break ins nor theft of packages that were left at my door for days at a time. The Management team is awesome. Whenever a work order is placed, maintenance is dispatched immediately: Great place to live!

By far one of the best communities I have ever lived at. The manager Angela is freaking awesome, I call in for maintenance and they almost always come same day. Leasing agent Chip is just as great. Very quiet area- all the neighbors lookout for each other.
