I'm an actual tenant at this apartments and I can’t stop feeling disappointed every day!, I know its an old property!, I know it has its ups and downs being a big compkex!, but they need a much better and reliable maintenance staff, and being honest to new applicants about seriousnproblems such as bugs and rat infested buildings which is my case!, I have killed two rats already with traps that I set, not the wonderful apartment complex pest control, and when I pointed to the leasing office the problem we are facing!, they said they are working on getting the problem under control which to this moment to ke they havent done anything really!, thanks to my dog I discovered a new undesireble invader which is hiding at the same spot I pointed when reporting this problem and yet no action has been taken since then!, im very sad I chose this property to lease!, I know being an big and old appartment complex mean some degree of problems to face!, but pest infestation is just not worth it!, if you are thinking about leasing here I suggest to turn around and look somewhere else where leasing office staff tell you the truth and shows with facts they can be trusted!

I've lived here for over 4 years. It was a nice place to live until my (and many other) apartment started flooding when it rains. Management has STILL not fixed the drainage issues 6 months after being notified. I wouldn't rent anything in the first floor here until after they fix the underlying property issues.

My Husband and I have been living here a little over 4 months now and we absolutely love it! It's a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The pool is of good size and there are plenty of pet areas, which being a dog owner is something I truly appreciate. If there is ever a problem or something that needs to be replaced/fix within the unit, the maintenance staff is quick to come and resolve it. The management here works hard ensuring the property is always kept clean and maintained. This is definitely a place to call home!

My husband has lived here for over 5 years and has been very happy . I met him got married a year ago and moved into a 2 bedroom . The complex is doing everything to keep up the place , repainting , road repair . We have a gym to work out in and are very pleased to be living here .
