The upstairs neighbors are loud at times, but aside from that I like it here. Its comfortable; decently spacious, most importantly close to my job.

I love my apartment so far and the area is decent. The staff has been really nice and helpful. I was a little bummed in took almost 2 weeks to get approved, most likely due to the holidays.

Bad. My parking area lights are always off. Because never have power. If there’s power, in the moment when start raining, lights go out. And they take months to fix it. In one year, 300 days there’s no power. And I already had a car stolen in this apartment complex

Nice neighborhood absolutely like it these apartments so far so good the neighborhood is really quiet I love that the only problem is that apartments area needs to be cleaner other than that I love these apartments

It was beautiful at the beginning, the gates worked, you could get a work order done with-in a week and the people were good. The grounds were nice and clean. The people have changed, a work order can take up to a month to get done and the grounds look terrible.

Although it’s a community for people of modest means, the attention to detail is amazing! I love the service and ground so much that I moved into a two bedroom unit. The leasing staff is excellent, really helped with my transition from a one bedroom.

Great experiences nice staff, feel very safe there, the only thing is some times the work orders take awhile, and the rent being due in the 1st and if you pay it on the 2nd it’s considered late I don’t like that because it’s hard right now and some people need at least until the 3rd or 4th

Maintenance takes forever to get everything fix even if you allow entry they don’t go in they knock and leave .the cockroaches is a big problem too but other than that it’s not really a bad place to live in.

I've lived in this apartment complex since October 2020 originally in a one-bedroom upstairs unit now I'm in a two-bedroom refurnished downstairs unit that I love there's been a lots of ups and downs but overall it's a safe clean place to call home.. Also with having a washer and dryer inside the unit you can't beat the price..

Rent is reasonable. Pool didn’t open this summer! Maintenance is terrible- I had no A/C for 12 days in heat wave, water heater broke and took 6 days to get repaired, you put in a work order and they just mark it as complete because it was submitted months before. The weeds are bushes! They charge you $25 a month for maintenance for what??

We have lived here 2 months. I can not thank the Portola Del Sol staff enough for the lengths they went through to make sure our stressful move was seamless. They went above and beyond to make sure we where comfortable and happy. Claudia, Josie made us feel at home instantly. The two leasing agents up front are literal gems. the maintenance man Terrell was awesome, and the maintenance supervisor went above and beyond for us. TI communities and Portola Del Sol is a well rounded community to reside. They genuinely whole heartedly care about the well-being of their residents. It's an amazing place for families. Portola Del Sol is located right next to the zoned school for elementary kids for a seamless morning commute, with grocery shopping less than a mile away. We love it here and hope to be long time residents.

Your paying for things but they're invisible... Meaning a swimming pool never open, no safe play area for the children... Things that are supposed to be fixed and better managed especially with the amount of rent they request... It's truly asinine...

Slow to respond to anything that needs maintenance. If you are a long term tenant, forget about any upgrades. Lots of changes in management and maintenance. For now maintenance is better staff.

The staff are nice and very friendly and will help with any situation you are in within the neighborhood. Now the Maintenance department could be better as that there’s not much of them and it can take weeks-months to get a problem fixed and by that time it could already be fixed by your lonesome. Trash days can be the worst cause if you’re parked near the trash, the trash can litter-ally (haha) be everywhere and under your car sometimes. Aside from the kids be running in the middle of the street, everyone keeps to themselves and not be in your business. Also, please fix the Pool, I would love to swim but apparently it’s been closed for the last two years now. (2023 now)

So far, the people have been quite nice. They are quiet, friendly, and considerate. The staff members at the rental office have been considerate and helpful.

They tend to leave you alone for the most part. But on the other side of that they never get back to you about issues. Maintenance doesn’t fix issues, I’ve had pest control enter my home after stating over ring camera prior that they do not have permission to enter without me present as I have animals. Pest control proceeded to spray my apartment with my dog and cat inside the unit with no windows open. My AC broke at the end of July/early august and it took them days to fix it and continued saying someone was coming to work on it then would just ghost me and no one would show. Now my AC is leaking all over my floor and maintenance came and fixed nothing :(. I like the privacy but it sucks the second you have issues

I been living here almost 2 years and really love how close the schools are for my kids! I really like the people in the office they are very nice although I hardly go since I never have a problem with anything involving them. Maintenance in the other hand doesn’t really do much around here. Except for Tim I believe his name was, came and did so much in one hour in things I’ve been needing maintenance to do for months! ???? I give 5 stars just because of him making my awful week better in less than an hour. Thank you!

My mother and I first moved to Portola Del Sol back in like 2000 I believe, at the time the community was brand new so we got to move in to a brand new unit. I must have been around 16 years old then, so once I moved out so did my mother but we both always found our way back, as of today my mother has lived here for about 17 years and I have lived here along with my family around 4 years. The neighbor hood is not to bad. If you just keep to yourself and the office staff is always willing to help the residents. The rental prices are great as well, if you compare them to other rental communities.

Don't respond to maintenance issues. If you are an established tenant, you get no upgrades at all. Items are rusted and you have to paint them. Carpets are very old and you have to get them shampooed. Previous owners would give you a free shampoo with the new lease.

The worst! the boiler doesn’t even last 5 days on and in my ring camera I have proof that the maintenance just knocked and didn’t bother to move few things around at least .I’ve been having this issue since I moved in and nothing has been done and I’m extremely frustrated because I have a child living with me and she’s also getting affected.
