It’s worth staying here. They don’t care. Never come out to fix breaking things. it’s alway something with the heater and air.they will say they sending somebody to fix it but nobody never come for weeks. They always cutting off the water to fix pipes leaving us with no water for hours. I don’t recommend the staffing and maintenance is lazy

This is not an advertisement, ,,,,,,,, add this list as part of the apartment amenities: 1). Pest control is once a month and barely, you can get the pest control booking timely done by the leasing office. Either someone forgot to book you up, or Pest control will not show up if you don’t call back. The roach, mice and other pest issues cannot be controlled if they try to save money and do only one apartment per building and not entire building to prevent Pest all over the place. 2). You will not have hot water during winter time. Good luck on complaining, if the owners doesn’t have a budget to change OLD pipes, expect your apartment to have NO HOT WATER, burst pipes, and no plumbers to show up. They never learn to anticipate the need to keep the water at 120 degrees Fahrenheit. How cold outside is what you get a cold water inside. Broilers off, and worse sometimes, NO WATER AT ALL. 3). Marijuana, weed smokers, cocaine users. This place smells like skanky foul odor when these users start smoking weeds. It goes through the walls and they should do something about this. You can complaint everyday and wish you all the best how to get this resolved. You might as well report this to the police. One of the apartment here have small kids and their parents are smoking weed everyday.

The one star is a lie!! They really need to remove the swimming pool as an amenity cause that's a lie! they need to change some wording on this website! For example: 1. "we have a "sparkling"pool, it's just never open & we don't want you to enjoy it during your stay." (find a public pool nearby) 2. "if we were you, we wouldn't use this address to get your mail." 3. "if ya like looking at trash, this is the perfect place for you." 4. " if you don't care about your security, then by all means choose us as we do not have locks on our patio doors." 5. "don't ever try to speak to the "manager" cause she's always on personal calls in her office, or leaving early for the day." 6. "our upgrades are basically an old apartment with new appliances." 7. "we do not put any screens on windows or patios in case your a/c doesn't work for a few weeks, month, year." 8. "better have renters insurance cause we take forever to complete your work orders. 9. "gotta leak? fix it yourself!" 10. "please do not call the office, as your call may or may not be answered, & if it is be prepared to be on hold, until you decide to hang up or forget who you called." They need better representation at this place!

I just came by for a tour, and was immediately turned off from the property. The complex is gated, however the gates are all just open and unlocked. The grounds are all covered in trash and beer bottles. The model unit I was shown had black and nasty stains all over the carpets. I cant imagine what the actual units look like of the model was that bad.

Recommend pecan Square they are pet friendly love their sparkling pool and the friendly staff

I like how they have upgraded appliances and have a pool on property. Also have a play area for my kids. Awesome staff.

Just tour the property great service. Like how there is a laundry facility on site.

I will love to recommend this apartments to anybody. They are kind and take the concerts seriously. They are clean and they are always sure the property looks in good shape. Highly recommend Pecan Square! Staff is amazing and very helpful. Love the pool site and payground for my child. Also pet friendly.

Crystal was really friendly showing me the property, ever since I leased my apartment she has made sure my questions and concerns were taken care of. She clearly enjoys her job and always greets me with a smile. Very professional and personable ask for her.

Well, where do I start? I walked into the office and everyone greeted me. Crystal is the one who I spoke with she showed me the Model and gave me a tour of the property she told me what is in the area she mentioned how there are 3 stores and lots of fast-food restaurants around

This place is in a great location with quick access to local parks and lakes. There is plenty of shopping and dinning close by too. The residents are family oriented. This place tends to be pretty low key. If your in the market ask for Crystal. Crystal is amazing with customers, she will take care of you and your family.

The location was great! Nearby shopping centers, restaurants, local parks, and easy access to the highway. Didn't like that their wasn't many parking spaces and it felt crowed. But I did receive awesome customer service from a young lady, if I remember correctly her name is Crystal R. she was awesome through the whole process. She was knowledgeable about the apartments and amenities. She keep me updated on the application process and any changes. Very friendly and she is great with kids. Unfortunately, my family and I decided not to move in (personal reasons) but you should definitely check this place out and ask for Crystal. She is beyond awesome and very helpful, you wont regret it.

It looks like youre getting a nice place for youre hard earned money, but those pictures are deceiving. Heres a list! -There are leaks that are never properly fixed --ACs stop working frequently -The lot is trashed after every saturday -Make sure you never have any visitors or babysitters because their car will be towed. You cant park on the street either because police will give you a ticket. -Bed bugs from neighbors? Ive only seen a few, and my apartment isnt infested. - Leasing agents do not care about you, or even pretend to. -Gun shots heard nearby atleast once a week! Trust me, just keep looking! There is not much good in the area so Id suggest looking in a different zip code! If you check out the other reviews, there are only two good ones! I dont know how apartments.com does it's calculations.

YOULL REGRET MOVING HERE. If I could put no stars I would. The story is so long of all the bad things that have happened here. Only positive, everyone was nice when I came, and since I moved in they have repainted the buildings and remodeled the office. Now the bad. First week of moving in, I had to bring my money order receipt to prove I paid the full amount. I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE one night because someone was trying ti get in, saying they were from salvation army. A group of guys were doing cocaine right infront of my building. They came to cover a leak in my ceiling once, but never responded the following two times it happened again. There is never ANY hot water. I have to wait until midnight to bathe my baby. The ac/heater stops working randomly and if you turn it off for a few days it will work for a little bit. My car has been towed 3 times and I live here, had the correct parking sticker! Office clerks will fake nice with you, and tell lies. In the beginning to get my parking sticker the printer wasnt working. They had told the office manager that they hadnt given me a sticker because I didnt have insurance. She didnt know what to say when I showed her my insurance card and it began months before I moved in! I explained to the office I would need to pay very late but that I would with all late fees. She lied about an eviction notice on the inside of my door (someone is always home with both door lockes latched watching my son). I am now in the process of an eviction although I had already explained my situation to them. I rather give my money to a different company anyway. I will leave as soon as I can!

Worst apartment complex I have ever had the unfortunate privilege of living in! I’ve been here for just over a year, & for the second time my car has been towed! They allow 6 people to live in a one bedroom, & there is never any parking!! They have crappy interior, & units are in disrepair! You hear gun shots & loud accordion music all night, every night! There is no respect for other people here!! There have been so many robberies & muggings since I’ve been here, it’s scary!! When you put in repair orders, it either takes weeks to address, or just never fixed at all!! If you want to be miserable the entire time you’re here, then by all means, this is the place for you!! Not to mention that zero guests are permitted after 10pm!! They tow cars any chance they get, even if you have a parking permit!! I have 6 months left, & can’t wait to get outta this waste heap! They charge a ridiculous amount for such crud! The only thing this place has going for it, is the size of the apartment! The staff is rude & unhelpful, & once they get you trapped in a lease, well it’s Forget You for the entirety of your entrapment!! The asst mgr, Lisa, is the only nice one of the bunch! I HATE this place, & can’t wait to get out!!!!!

First off I moved here because it was close to work, not because of how nice it was(it's not). I moved in to an apartment that looked nothing like the unit they showed me.the first thing I noticed was cockroaches everywhere, they came out to spray bug it is still an on going thing. The next thing is, I have had maintenance issues since I've moved in, one in particular is my washer connection leaks which left mold everywhere. I have called them out to fix it three times and no one has come. I have also gone without A.C. for a total of over 7 days, every time they fix it, it breaks the next day. The worse part is they have no parking after 10, it's way to crowded. If I can get a parking spot on the other half of the apartment I'm lucky, and they have no security for this unsafe area. I have had to park in the street a couple of times because there was no parking at all, the city of Dallas gave my a ticket... all because there was not a single parking spot at night. The last straw for me to actually right this out is the management had my car towed because I parked in a "reserved" parking spot, the paint on the parking spot was so faded you couldn't even read that the spot was reserved, it barely had any paint on the spot at all. I had to pay 180 dollars due to poor upkeep of the reserved parking spots. I brought it to managements attention and of course that have no empathy for the situation. I have only lived here 6 months and it is already the worse place I have ever lived... I hope this helps you on your property search.

Gate has been broken since we moved in over a year ago. And now they've decided to no longer accept packages in the office. Haven't had any stolen off my porch yet, but considering a lady was robbed at gunpoint in the parking lot I'm sure it's only a matter of time. Parking is horrible. There are never any spots if you get home past 9p, and our car has been beaten to a pulp by other tenants. We pay a monthly fee for pest control. Even though we requested someone spray over two months ago, no one has. The number of roaches are disgusting. The people in the office are rude. They do not care about any issues you may be having. Don't even waste your breath complaining to them. Started requesting someone fix a hole in our shower wall back in March/April, and it finally got fixed at the end of August. I understand that management changed during that time, but we started complaining to them about it the second they switched. Several months went by before they had someone fix it. The dishwasher doesn't actually wash anything. And it's melted things I've put through other dishwashers hundreds of times. Our refrigerator freezes our food, meanwhile the freezer doesn't freeze anything. Plus when the AC turns off, so does our fridge, no power to it at all. Again, complained to management, but they don't care. Also complained to them about mold on the ceiling from the AC leaking. They fixed the AC, but they did nothing about the mold. Last note they put on the door was only in Spanish, which is fine if you speak/read Spanish, but I don't. Trash is always flying around everywhere. Beer bottles all over the grass. Dumpsters overflowing every weekend. Onsite laundry is a joke. Good luck finding a washer that actually drains the water out. Maybe they have fixed them since new management came, I don't know, but plan on going to a laundromat. The only thing we like about the new management is their maintenance men. They come out quickly, if you can get the office to write a work order, and are very friendly.

This apartment complex is fair or average to live at. The management is getting better and want to improve but the people that live here are unbearable. Parking is horrible.

Great apartments! Just a 10 minute walk to UNT campus. Fairly quiet neighborhood and friendly tenants. The office personnel are wonderful and in the 2 years I've lived here, I haven't had any problems. Great for students!
