We love Parq 170 at City Center! After being a resident for 3 years, we are still sure this is the best quality for the price. The office staff are incredibly friendly and professional. It's a great atmosphere close to Old Town Manassas.

We were given the option to renew our lease for a 200$ price increase. When asked, they changed it to +230$. When asked AGAIN, we were sent move out papers. Horrible.

I was amazed at how fast I got my new dishwasher. It was only three days from my initial request to installation and that included ordering the dishwasher!

Since moving in Parq 170 last July, I have nothing but great things to say about this complex. All representatives from the maintenance crew to the leasing office even the hirer help i.e. lawn, cleaning crew carrying themselves in a professional manner. They are very personable as well and will take to the time to say hi or even have a conversation with you. I am glad I chose Parq 170 to live at.

I have lived in this community for two years. I have been very pleased with the maintenance team, which are always friendly and finish the work in a clean and timely manner. The gym is very convenient and is always kept clean. The gym also has a bathroom and a water fountain which is nice to have. The community is pet friendly and even the big dogs seem to be happy living here. Residents and visitors are usually very understanding about the Covid19 elevator limitations. One issue I've had recently is that I can hear my next door neighbor yelling at her kids or her kids screaming. Unfortunately, there is nothing to do about that, but hope they go to bed before we do. I will definitely recommend this community to friends and family. The only reason I'm moving is because my family grew!!

Love this place and the staff. Never have an issue that is not resolved in a timely manner. Every time I call Tanya she is super sweet and helpful, even when I can tell she is really busy. Lived in spots back in the day where the office staff really didn't care what the issue was so it's nice to deal with folks that give a care. Cant say enough nice thangs about her or this great community.

PARQ 170 is pretty nice. I work from home and beside the outside noise which there is a lot of if your apartment faces the main drag, you could call this home and the office. The area has everything close so these is no reason to drive to another town unless you want to.

I’m a current resident and as my lease was ending this past month I was definitely considering alternative living options, the new manager and staff in the leasing office totally won me over! I’m happy to say I’ve renewed my lease and am moving to a larger unit within Parq170; The manager, Aseil, though new to the office, has accommodated me better than her predecessor. She and the new leasing consultant, Tanya have worked hard to ensure my transition from one unit to the next was seamless. Aseil and her team at the leasing office made sure they met all of my needs. Aseil was great to work with because she addressed all of my questions. I absolutely couldn’t be more pleased with their customer service and willingness to work with me. It was almost such a shame, the property is gorgeous and really has a new/updated feel. The secure building and gym facilities are a huge bonus!! The design/floor plans of both of my units always allowed plenty of natural light to shine in which I love. My friends and family who visit are constantly remarking on “how great” my apartment is, safe to say I’ll renew as long as the current quality of service and upkeep is maintained- Justine B

I have been a resident a little over a year. I recently renewed due to a number of reasons. My apartment is beautiful!! Renovated with granite, new appliances, hardwood floors and a tech package. The community is Very close to the VRE which I use everyday. All of my neighbors are friendly. The staff is excellent (possibly the best part) maintenance is responsive, the community is safe, resident events are well hosted and attended. Couldn’t have found a better community in this area. I would highly recommend checking out. New manager Aseil introduced herself in the parking lot and asked for feedback, my only request is to open the pool soon! Happy resident

I would recommend going in the office and speaking with the extremely nice and knowledgeable Aseil. She answered all my questions with a pleasant attitude. I feel she went above and beyond her job requirements. If I end up moving in she will be the reason. The apartments are amazing as well. They are so modern and spacious.

I am absolutely in love with this development! I was a little nervous with previous reviews for my tour but wanted to check it out for myself. The Apartments are spacious lots of storage space, lots of good natural lighting. The hallways are wide i didn't feel claustrophobic like I am now in my apartment hallway. The greenery outside was my favorite - they really make it feel like you are in your own little town which is amazing. Nico and Matt were delightful, They showed us their one bedroom model and we had some really amazing conversations. I love the whole feel of this community and I am highly considering moving here after my visit!

We live in building 125 ,Very very bad experience living here i would really like to mail the owner that the management team service is absolutely horrible.seem like these these apartment made cardboard everything get break and no body show up to fix more than week and half and in end you will get A rude call from manager Mather rather than hearing a apology for delaying, they told us that if its happen again we gona get charge, what a completely un professional way to approach a resident rather than coming and looking whats worng,to see even a part they fix always need to be replaced. He was rude and judging whata customer service from a manager, so good luck to those people who are planning yo move in ,they did big fraud on water bill last month and a residents were charge 400$ water bill for a small apartment, we have 2 bed room apartment and we pay every month month 150$ almost water bill,when we were signing contract they did not mention a set fee for water bill that is charged monthly ON TOP of your monthly usage. Trash bill story was different, i will try to get owners email, really want yo informed about rude manager and i will i courage to all my neighbor apartment to leave review how they are suffering from these building 175 125

If you're rather stay anonymous we certainly understand and can perhaps provide some further information here: 1) We would certainly never charge for a maintenance item unless it is something caused by the resident. We haven't charged a resident for a maintenance item in as along as I've been the property manager and would be happy to discuss your specific scenario further. 2) In regards to the water bills, yes our billing company did make a mistake. It was identified quickly and we've issued credit to residents who were owed one. We certainly apologized for the confusion. I am not aware of anyone with a $400 bill, so again please have that resident reach out to us. In regards to the set monthly fee, it is something charged to every Manassas Park resident and is not something we have control over. Again please feel free to reach out to the property manager as I'm confident we can resolve your concerns so you can enjoy your time here at Parq 170!
I moved in not too long ago and there were a couple of issues that popped up that I couldn't foresee and one that I don't understand. First, all the previous reports were true about parking here. Residents are not designated a space, so if you try parking here in the evening, good luck. You likely won't find a space anywhere close after 7pm. Second, the internet here is utilizing technology that was in it's prime back in the late nineties. From what I've been told, The Residences has an exclusive rights contract with Verizon for internet services. When I moved in, Fios was being pushed as an amenity but it hasn't been run to the individual units. The latency with Verizon DSL is so bad that I have a hard time streaming Netflix during certain hours and sometimes I have hard time even doing simple internet browsing. Last but not least, I'm puzzled by the absence of ceiling fans/lights. There's clearly connections for them in every room but nothing there. I'll leave my decision to renew on whether any of these issues are rectified.

We are working with Verizon to have some upgrades performed in the community, but this will take some time to facilitate. As far as parking, we have made some adjustments to the parking rules to relieve some of the congestion. I would like to verify, the issue is that you have to park further than you would prefer, not that you cannot find a space at all, correct? Regarding the lighting issue, you are correct about the electrical boxes being available in the ceiling if someone would like to add a light or ceiling fan in each room. Currently, the light switches are connected to an electrical outlet where you can plug in a floor or table lamp. This is very common in the industry. Moved in about 4 months ago and most things are worth the move. Parking sometimes gets full but they offer overflow parking off to the side. I have NEVER had to go parking outside of the complex. I have noticed some people as well as myself have issues with internet. The internet in these buildings only lets you get 50/20 (mbps) max with Verizon. which is okay if you are doing internet shopping. But if you intend to want to play live games online, stream movies, or Skype, it becomes unbearable with latency, ping, packet loss issues, etc. Wireless connection is extremely valuable these days to consumers and I rarely think to check about this until I’m stuck having to drive all the way to the closest Starbucks. Verizon offers much better service but we have outdated systems in these buildings. Next, I want to talk about what they do right here. They manage the building on a daily basis ie. cleaning carpets outside the rooms, picking up after people, replacing lights, and bunch of other property tasks. When you need maintenance, I’ve never had an issue with them coming the same day within hours of setting up an appointment using the application on my phone. The staff is friendly, I never have to go outside to take out trash, and mail is indoors. I can speak for my section only about the apartment when I say that I never have issues with others above, below, or beside me. For the price, kitchen works great, bathroom is bigger than others I originally looked at, and apartments can be customized (within reason) to your liking such as painting rooms to provide a more home-like experience. Oh and security is another great thing about the buildings. They have video surveillance systems, HUD readers to access doors inside (which is also where your mail is). What I’m saying is this is a suitable place for college students and small families. If you are a gamer or your career relies on technology at home or also likes to stream anything, you may have some troubles here. To get any sort of idea however, as this does pertain to whatever costs, the average one person here spends about an additional $150 in monthly utilities such as water, gas, electric, and WiFi. Oh one more quick thing, is traffic in this area can be difficult on Mon-Fri from 0600-1000 on Centreville road due to schools and work traffic. On the way home via Centreville road Mon-Fri 1500-2000. This traffic can add an additional 30-45 minutes depending on where you’re going.

I spent around 3 years at City Center when I first moved to the Washington DC area. I had never been to the DMV before and had just accepted a job. While Manassas Park is a little far out, I was always excited to come home to all 3 apartments that I held at City Center. The staff was professional, the grounds are cleaned every day, and there is an extreme sense of community. 10 out of 10.

We could not have been happier with our move in experience. We rented our apartment from out of state and Kevin made everything stress free. The staff has been great about taking care of us. We are finding this to be a great location-and it's very quiet!

We were tenants for a few months at The Residences at City Center and pleased with the experience. The maintenance and custodial staff kept the building and property in beautiful shape and the property managers and leasing consultants were so helpful and responsive. Our leasing consultant, Kevin, was especially kind with our children (they loved him) and always had a positive attitude.

My husband and I went to inquire about renting an apartment here. We ultimately decided to fill out an application and provide a $200 hold fee. We indicated that our application was time sensitive because we had to let our current property know whether we would be extending our lease. More than five days went by without a word from The Residence at City Center regarding the status of our application. We ultimately were forced to extend our lease because we never heard back from the Residence at City Center leasing office. When we asked for our $200 hold fee back they were unwilling to return the funds, despite their lack of follow-up or follow through. The staff here is clueless. They are not forthright and they're sole goal is to get money from you on the front end. My advice, steer clear of this property entirely!

I like living here. I have a first floor apartment on the corner. I have lived here since April 2015. We moved across the street to another complex because of the horrible results we received from them. This place has a pool and nice little sitting area that is lite up at night. We live in one of the largest apartments they have. We have a large living room and decent bedroom sizes. Kitchen is connected to the living room because it is open concept. Mail is right out in the hallway. It is indoor and do not have to get out and run in the rain to get your mail. Office personal is friendly and helpful.
