The customer service was outstanding. I was so pleased with the service I received from the complex staff. Mrs Dee is hands down the best. Mrs Dee, I really appreciate the flexibility you've shown me. The staff went above and beyond to help me with my needs. I was always impressed but this time very impressed with the quality of the services I received. Being here for 20 years and love it. The show respect for residents and a smiling office when in need of help. Safety for the residents is one of the their most priority. If it is home for me for 20 plus years, I surely believe it is going to be a home for you and your family. I highly recommend the complex to anyone. Visit and see for yourself. AM

While living at Parkway and Parkgreen on Bellaire, my belongings were disposed of without any prior notification or compensation. When I approached the management for an explanation, there was no response. Instead, they repeatedly stated, 'We can't do anything about it.' This has been the worst place and management I've ever had to deal with in my life, and the lack of accountability for this incident only adds to the frustration. WORSE PLACE TO LIVE EVER.

I am very comfortable living here, I’ve been living in my apartment about a year now and the few times I’ve needed maintenance done the young lady from the office, Mayra, is always very understanding and helpful.
There is NO security. And lots of THEFT!!! They have cameras but they do not work. The security guard just stays in his car all night does not do anything. These apartments suck, save yourself the stress. Neighbors are lousy and parking spots cost $100 to reserve or more! Also, it is very hard to find a parking spot at night. They constantly tow your car or give u tickets. TERRIBLE apartments please don’t move in here! Don’t give these rats more money!!!

wish i could give one star. tbis place used to be nice 5yrs ago and has went downhill fast because they let anyone move here. theres always broken glass in the street from people breaking into cars and just last night someone broke into all the mail boxes. dont move here, they say they have security but where?!
Lived here for 3 years and with each passing year the quality gets worse. Management gets worse, the upkeep is disgraceful and if u expect timely Maintence request forget about it. This property has a trail of building code violations with the city of Houston. The rent is affordable but comes with a headache. There r better properties in the area with similar prices.
My apartment got infested with bed bugs, and i reported this to them, never did anything about it, instead they wanted me to pay 120 for inspection and treatment, and not talking about roaches as well, they said it might be something used that i got, when my husband and i just moved out together for the first time and we purchased everthing brand new i thought this problem was only with us until I heard some neighbors having the same problem with the bed bugs. we had to solve this problem our own, because they never responded and the staff were rude and careless about the situation. Supposedly there is security but not long ago someone broke into my mother apartment and same situation they never did anything about it. When reporting something i have to do it up to 3 times so that they can actually get up and send esome to fix it, or in some cases not at all. I just can't finish saying all the negative experience i go through in this apartments.

One thing there is never parking and if you want to reserve your parking is over $100 per month. Second thing they take days to fix something from the apartments when a resident reports it. Third thing they will tell you they have the best security but they don’t the security guard is always sleeping, if you want to ask to see the cameras they will say is not working or they are off when you see them cameras working fine. They also charge you for the gate card for over $35, the parking stickers, over $100, and they never give you receipt for anything. I recommend that you do NOT live here they are abusing your money to make their own business. Last thing they say they don’t have a manager ever! Don’t waste your money here!!!
Been here for more than 3 years and it's sad how the place has become a dump because of the new owners. They are money hungry always trying to raise the rent and have done nothing to improve the apartment. Water is disgusting and gets cut off randomly, parking is ridiculous and cars towed all the time for no reason, security does nothing about people breaking into cars or hoards of young juveniles walking around we even heard gunshots few weeks ago, also water bill supposedly based on usage is a scan I was out of town more than half the month and still ended up paying regular amount. They also used to spray regularly for roaches but with new cheap owners they do not. Yes location is good but I can't wait til my lease is up because this is just ridiculous.
The entrance is pretty, but as you enter the gates it doesn't really look as pretty anymore. The apartments on the inside are fair and spacious, specially the kitchen which is nice. New laundry machines are great. Maintenance might need to work quicker, they really don't do anything unless you push them to do so. Rent might be too pricey for the area, we're in SW Houston and it's just too pricey and the rent goes higher each year so you need to think about it but if you need to move to the area this might be your best choice.
Roaches are all over this complex. I have wasted aclit of money buying insectiside to solve the problem on our own since the management never responded to our complain. Poor electrical wiring. Lights would turn off and flicker all of a sudden. They are also trying to collect parking fee even in uncovered parking spaces.

I moved into the Parkway on Bellaire on July 15th. The office staff is very sweet and works with you. Wonderful amenities and place to live for young growing families.
