Property Ratings at Parkhouse Apartment Homes
I have only had negative experiences with Parkhouse and their management. First, they miscalculated our first month rent and then charged a late fee for there system error. After wasting tons of time going back and forth they realized they made the mistake, admitted to the mistake and refused to apologize stating "I don't have to apologize to the likes of you". They don't not take care of the building or premises. There is trash everywhere and the building has chipping paint, horrible installation in the winter and stains all over the concrete. Finally whenever there is an issue you always get a ride employee that treats you horribly. And to top it all off there are a ton of grossly unnecessary fees

Washing machine fix Parkhouse maintenance team has been on top of getting us service. We did have issues with the 3rd party vendor not showing up when promised but we're quick to reschedule once notified of the missing appointment.

impressed by maintenance staff Isaiah did a great job setting expectations when it came to fixing my refrigerator and dishwasher. He was nice enough to even keep my delivery safe and keep my roomba from eating my rug when I was not home. This man deserves a raise.

Hannah is the best I moved here a couple weeks ago and have been extremely pleased so far. Hannah with management has far exceeded my expectations. I moved here from Florida and had to ship my car. Due to the flight issues on July 19th, I wasnt able to be there in time for my car when it arrived. She took the keys for me which was so nice. Not only that, I also had a mattress and bed frame shipped from Amazon, and it arrived before I moved in. She made sure my mattress and bed frame was put into my apartment for me. I mean, she absolutely goes above and beyond! I am truly happy and impressed. If you’re worried about parking, don’t be. I saw older reviews that aren’t accurate. There’s plenty of parking that you pay less than 10 dollars a month for. If you work late, there’s plenty or overflow parking. Plus the two gyms are amazing. You’ll enjoy it here. -Erica

Happy Home Heather was wonderful to work with and mad the process a breeze! She knew I was on a time crunch and went above and beyond to make it happen. The best part about my new home is that I can confirm the door is locked and control the AC from my phone!

Excellent Presentation We came a few minutes early but was still greeted with a handshake, and a smile. We were shown the size of the apt. We are seeking. the whole place was well kept and the hallways were clean too. There were no lingering odors of any kind. We were really concerned about pet odors as we don't have any pets. To our surprise there were no pet odors in the area we were shown. Your representative did a great job.

Communicate Well! Went and toured a different apartment complex across the street but could not get any response from them whatsoever afterward that. This apartment complex answered on the first ring, was knowledgeable, and most importantly helpful when I needed to use an assistance program they had never heard of before. I was able to get everything squared away within a month while working around mine and my roomate's work, school, and life schedules.

After two years being here I can say with confidence I absolutely love these apartments and they have set the bar high for me. The community is amazing, the little get togethers they do, treats for residents, it’s really something not many apartments do. I am currently searching to move to another state and am so bummed their property management is not in this state. Maintenance is quick, and kind. The front desk is always easy to get ahold of.

We are disappointed to learn of your experience here at Parkhouse, but will take this opportunity to improve. There has been an unfortunate uptick in crime in the Denver Metro area, but we will continue to work with our local PD and Courtesy Patrol company.
Don’t rent here. See there in human responses to all the reviews. A twitter bot has more personality. They will just take your money and not care about anything else once you sign you’re lease.

Husband and I just sold our home and thought this complex looked good for the next 3 years until we move out of state. I guess the reviews are right.. we walked in and the lady and I think her husband were so rude and basically didn't have time for us. Called just now to schedule a tour and they hung the phone up on me 3 times when they answered. This management company needs to clean house with these agents.They're costing this company lots of money and horrible a reputation. Its a shame the property looks nice.THE HORRIBLE REVIEWS ARE.. 100 PERCENT RIGHT.
