Poor Communication
I've reached out for a week to retrieve information and followed up many times. Due to the items needed I would have needed to reach out to another. So when I finally got a hold of the mgr, it was said "We don't do that, that's why my staff didn't respond." Communication is key. If you don't communicate other will not be informed or educated. Management could do better
