Park North

If anyone is looking to stay in the area of 45 and 1960, I do not recommend living at the Park North Apartments. They were bought out and are now called Life at Spring Estates. They have made many changes, but it is now costing the tenants more money. Water is $190, so they are charging $45 per person, whether it's a kid or adult living in the house, and then the usage of the water. So now added to to are bill $180 plus the usage of the water I have never heard of this from any apartments. Parking is a mess. You have visitors and a whole bunch of reserved parking, so you are lucky if you find a spot near your apartment building that is not reserved or for visitors, or your vehicle will get towed. I only have a few more months of living here, and I will be happy when I leave. There are extra charges to our monthly bill. called to complain to the office, and she stated they are still working out the kinks. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PARK NORTH APARTMENTS.

It’s a very quiet apartment complex. Everyone seems to mind their own business. There is enough parking spaces. Outside area is well maintained by the staff.

Excellent place to live. Conveniently located. My apartment is huge. I love it here.

The move in was very easy and simple. Personnel was great in completing paperwork. Would recommend this property if looking for a spot that's offers, peace of mind, clean, friendly, safe and home sweet home living!!

This is a phenomenal place to live. The staff and the maintenance people are always kind, understanding, helpful, and the best that they do is wonderful. I feel heard and appreciated by those who work here. My fellow neighbors are great too.

I have lived here for a year. This month I decided to renew. Nice apartments, Good maintenance team, renovated the parking ,more parking. A suggestion Only thing that should change is the fans who are old

Out of all the apartments I've live at , This property is one of the best. You guys are #1 very sweet office manager and leasing agents very friendly, peaceful . I can't complain i recommend this place highly favorable.

The environment is comfortable, the apartments are spacious, and the office is quick to respond to your needs.

2 months deep, so far so good. The apartments are equipped with so much storage space, in unit washer/dryer that is in its own closet sized laundry room, and actual closet that is near the size of a bedroom itself. My favorite feature in my unit are the big windows and natural lighting. I love the gray walls/carpet in the living room and bedroom. It looks very modern and clean. The kitchen space with all the cabinets and dance around room is also something worth mentioning. Also, havent had any maintenance issues which is great. But I also cant speak on the maintenance team in terms of punctuality and quality being that I havent needed anything. The mail system is awesome here as we have both a mailbox and parcel locker while big packages come to the door. I just wish the mailers paid a little more attention to where theyre putting the mail. That is nothing compared to the many other things I have enjoyed about living at The Life. The conveniently placed grills throughout the complex, the nice gym, the peace and quiet, I really have no complaints. The ladies in the leasing office have been kind and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend this location/complex to anyone looking for a quality apartment home.

Been here for 7 years, it has been a pleasure. Can't believe the prices has changed the way it has but I guess it's to be expected, never happened before. I have enjoyed staying here but it has changed drastically. It used to be really clean around here, but for the most part I enjoy my little spot. So far no bad issues.

Do not move here they do not fix anything everything is old and rusted. The parking is horrible if you a reserve spot every parks in it freely. The office lie on your rental verification. The property is filthy and dirty. It’s unsafe gunshots ring through the apartments. The only give you one remote with multiple adults on the lease. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to my worst enemy! My lease is up in two months and can’t wait to leave.

The staff at the front office and the maintenance people are wonderful, kind, and do their job amazingly great. I truly appreciate living here. The grounds are kept up great, they do maintenance fairly promptly, which I truly appreciate. I'm always greeted with a smile. The apartments large and spacious. The kitchens are huge. I love the layout too.

The Life at Spring is a great place for students and for young adults. Close to the highway, 20-30 mins away from downtown or the Woodlands, 10mins from grocery stores, pet parks and trails. Living conditions can be better, but not everything is perfect.

I have been here for 6 years. I have enjoyed my stay here until the last couple of years here. The people here have no respect for their neighbors, you report them to the office and it's as if there is nothing done. I have been here for 6 years and this is the worse it's ever been. I have never had to call to the police, nor the office on any neighbors since I've lived here. I really like where I live and would like to continue my stay, I would just like for some help. The place is not clean like it use to be. The drainage is bad, far as the pipes backing up into your apartments, this never use to happen. Things has got to get better. These apartments is too nice for it to be this way.

It is nice and quiet, just had issues with things being fixed properly. The pool is dirty I know for sure it hasnt been cleaned in 2 months, most places clean the pool on Mondays

The property has significantly gone down since I moved here three years ago. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

I love where I'm living the fix everything that needs to fixed pool is always clean and its always so quite and no problems its great living at the life at spring estates even the office lady's are amazing as well totally recommend to come here

The Life at Spring Estates is a great place to call home. The staff and maintenance people are great. They are professional and personable. The amenities like the walking trail, pool, and gym are great. The apartment is spacious and looks great. Great floor plans to fit our family's needs. The other residence who live here are also great. Feels like a great community.

Living here at The Life is absolutely wonderful! The management is exceptional and the environment is pristine! The floorplans are spacious and I refer to my apartment as my cottage because thats what it feels like! I love living here!

I absolutely love living at The Life at Spring Estates. The common grounds are always manicured and the flowers make everything so beautiful. I have a pool view and the pool area is always kept nice and clean and the pool stays sparkling clean. The staff is amazing and I feel like I have a good rapport with them. I just love my floorplan because the kitchen is huge and feels like a patio home more than an apartment. The closet is huge and I do not feel cramped at all. If I need repairs, they are done quickly and expertly. I just love everything about living here. Keep up the great work!!

When I first came here the place was really clean and quiet. Here I am still here 6 years later and it has changed dramatically. Too many break ins in people vehicles. The place is not clean and quiet like it used to be. So far I haven't had any issues with management but I have heard alot of complaints about the office people. I try to not bother them unless I have an issue of some sort. I'm a quiet resident. I enjoy my space, the apartment I'm in is spacious and I love it. That's why I have stayed so long, I really enjoy the area but it has gotten bad. It use to be security here. But overall my stay here has been good. I really don't have no issues. The only thing I never understood here is, why does your rent change from month to month? It has only been like that for the past couple of years I believe. I never understood that, but other than that, I would still recommend people to The Life at Spring Estates! But now that the apartments has changed I don't believe many people will choose this property. I appreciate my time here for sure.

My experience here has been good for the past 7 years. I really never had a bad experience since being here honestly. I just can't wait till the office opens back up cause sometimes communicating outside can be frustrating. Especially if you really need help with something and you have to stand up outside and talk it out. Other then that Life at Spring Estates is good in my book!

I must say I was a little disappointed at first, because of the amenities closed, which I get why they are closed(covid-19). But when I came to look at this place I was promised that the owners will install an outdoor gym. I didn't want to believe because you know everyone is full of it.... But I said if you really do it I will move here. So here I am living in this gorgeous apartment, I enjoy the outdoor gym, Indi loves it here too! I recommend this place top notch.

I have been living in these apartments for almost two years. Whenever maintenance issues occur, they are swift in their response, and the office staff is amicable and courteous.

Life at Spring Estates is a good place to reside. Quiet community, conveniently located.

This place is excellent for numerous of reasons but I’ll give you my personal opinion on why. The people at this estate not only show great respect but they else make sure that you stay is comfortable
