Great amenities, featuring a pool table, gym, lounge snd roof deck. Staff is helpful and friendly. The unit is quiet and despite being near the airport, you never hear planes taking off.

This property is absolutely breathtaking. I have been living here for just over a year and I am extremely pleased. This home has become my sanctuary and I will stay as long as I can. The cleanliness, beauty and location are all key factors for me in wanting to continue to reside at Park Lane. Costas is always such a huge help. Living at Park Lane has been a very positive experience. The entire staff go above & beyond to foster a sense of community for their tenants. Two team members who deserve a shout out for exceptional dedication to their jobs, as well as the residents are: Norelle Cretarolo, from the management office & Carmen, one of our Concierges. Both of these woman are very responsive, and always helpful in any way possible! Their efforts positively impact the residents, and further enhance the wonderful residences at Park Lane.
We’ve enjoyed living at Park Lane, the Silver Line being across the street is very convenient. The gym works for our needs and the staff members are polite and helpful.
Terrific place, very well run. Only complaint is we are frequently down to 2 working elevators to construction or people moving. The software for the elevators can also be upgraded to make more efficient
I recently moved in and the process was very smooth. All the front desk and leasing staff were very helpful. The emails provided great steps on all necessary things to complete beofre move in.

Unbeatable water views and really nice responsive maintenance staff (Thank you Costas!). Really perfect location in the seaport- easy to walk to everything and be in the seaport action, but a nice quiet location. Even though the concert venue is across the street, the units are so well soundproofed you can't hear it unless you open the windows. Get to hear some great acts from the rooftop! Extremely safe and clean to walk around the neighbourhood.

We have thoroughly enjoyed living at Park Lane. The location is great with so many restaurants and bars around, quick access to I-91/93, Trader Joe’s just down the street. The staff is very helpful and always welcoming. And the views of the Harbor are excellent!

I love living here though I’m not here often. All staff is very nice and helpful. When I have an issue I am comfortable sharing it with staff ie. The garage taking so long to get fixed. It’s it Park Lane though, it’s the Pilgrim garage people. They font realize how inconvenient it is. Even with that I am very happy here

Such a great place to live! Amenities, staff, and location is prime. Our apartment is up to date, spacious and comfortable. It’s one of the more affordable buildings in the seaport.

It’s very nice experience living here. Great staff, oversized apartments and you can’t beat the location. Quick walk to downtown, north end or back bay.

Overall a great building to live in. Friendly staff, maintenance always handles things quickly, great location. Away from the main strip so noise is mostly at a minimum compared to other buildings in Seaport.

Park Lane has been such a wonderful home for us, especially during our first move together. The amenities are incredible, from the gym and roof deck to the rentable spaces. Our favorite was the guest suite, allowing our family from afar to visit and stay on the same floor—we really lucked out with our location! The staff is super welcoming and always quick to respond to any requests, including the maintenance team! Due to family matters, we had to move closer to family for now, but we hope to return soon. On our last day of our lease, we got engaged on the roof deck! That’s how much of a home Park Lane was for us.

The apartment could be nice but the incessant construction that has lasted well over a full year with extreme noise is crazy! The noise within the apartment - hearing hallways - other units is also not ideal. Location is good, finishes are okay not great and the unit for the price needs to be better cared for for sure. All in all a decent place generally but for the prices comes in way shy of expectations.

We recently moved in and its been an absolute DREAM. I can't believe this apartment is real- my boyfriend and I are still pinching ourselves that this is our view. The storage space in the apartment is incredible for a one bedroom and we can not hear a THING. Thank you Park Lane!!

Very good the only thing I would change is my upstairs neighbor are loud early in the morning. The front desk people are very helpful. And the online packages are very easy to get and not confusing at all!

I recently enjoyed living at 1 Park Lane in Boston, MA, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was impressed by the modern and elegant design. The staff is amiable and attentive, always going above and beyond to make residents feel at home. The apartment is spacious and well-appointed, with stunning views of Boston Harbor. I loved the open-concept layout, which made it perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. Great amenities, concierges, and maintenance. The roof deck at both buildings is a major plus in the summer. Still in the seaport but more quiet compared to some of the more centralized apartment complexes. Love living here.

The apartment could have been great had it not been for an entire year of extraordinarily loud construction and nothing done to mitigate that experience. 7am day after day making it impossible to sleep or work from home is unacceptable.

Location is great. Friendly staff. Wish the roof deck didn’t have so many rules (no smoking, minimal guests, no dogs etc). Enjoy our views. Love the gym.
