Great apartment complex with amenities. Friendly environment. Quick help from maintenance staff when requested. Concierge is always attentive and friendly.
Very easy process. Everyone has been extremely helpful and friendly. Great rooftop that over looks the water. I would recommend anyone who likes an upscale apartments.
The studio packs a lot of value for the price. The room is clean and in working order. Few areas with cosmetic damage from prior usage but nothing that impacts functionality. Location is great if you work in the Seaport. Don’t bring a car if you can help it. General and overnight parking is a nightmare unless you’re willing to pay an arm and leg.

this building is garbage. the elevators barely work (wait times over 10 min most days), AC constantly doesn’t work, the concert venue next door is so loud and you can hear it in your apartment. Concierge is never there when you need them security is so low - people can easily get up to your floor without being stopped.

Despite the gorgeous neighborhood, management & leasing office & owners make the living experience terrible.As they don’t live in the building they don’t know and don’t care how much noise they created due to their everlasting garage&lobby projects that took years without proper communication. These projects led to mice problem that they didn’t act on, as well. It’s really terrible when you pay fortune and all you experience is noise and pests. There is little to no communication from leasing office and it’s generally very RUDE! Some people in the leasing office act like they are the boss and they can fight with residents instead of improving resident experience (which is literally their job). Management never hires enough people for maintenance so you always wait for weeks for any problem even though they promise for only 1 day-wait to fix the problem. Many more problems but not enough space here… don’t check 5 star comments as they are put to get gift cards… not reflecting reality!

Fabulous experience with maintenance. Submit a request and it is completed well before 24 hours. Front desk staff are always so inviting and welcoming, I look forward to seeing them when I come home after a long work day. Community areas are always clean and in good condition. Great amenities, featuring a pool table, gym, lounge snd roof deck. Staff is helpful and friendly. The unit is quiet and despite being near the airport, you never hear planes taking off.

This property is absolutely breathtaking. I have been living here for just over a year and I am extremely pleased. This home has become my sanctuary and I will stay as long as I can. The cleanliness, beauty and location are all key factors for me in wanting to continue to reside at Park Lane. Costas is always such a huge help. He is extremely personable and does his absolute best to make sure things run as smooth as possible. His willingness to help allows him to be readily available whenever I need him or the maintenance team, for any request! Living at Park Lane has been a very positive experience. The entire staff go above & beyond to foster a sense of community for their tenants. Two team members who deserve a shout out for exceptional dedication to their jobs, as well as the residents are: Norelle Cretarolo, from the management office & Carmen, one of our Concierges. Both of these woman are very responsive, and always helpful in any way possible! Their efforts positively impact the residents, and further enhance the wonderful residences at Park Lane.
We’ve enjoyed living at Park Lane, the Silver Line being across the street is very convenient. The gym works for our needs and the staff members are polite and helpful.

Terrific place, very well run. Only complaint is we are frequently down to 2 working elevators to construction or people moving. The software for the elevators can also be upgraded to make more efficient

Unbeatable water views and really nice responsive maintenance staff (Thank you Costas!). Really perfect location in the seaport- easy to walk to everything and be in the seaport action, but a nice quiet location. Even though the concert venue is across the street, the units are so well soundproofed you can't hear it unless you open the windows. Get to hear some great acts from the rooftop! Extremely safe and clean to walk around the neighbourhood.

Everything seems great so far! This is only day three of moving in but so far so good. The view is perfect and the location is great. It's not too busy and just a few blocks from everything you need!

We have thoroughly enjoyed living at Park Lane. The location is great with so many restaurants and bars around, quick access to I-91/93, Trader Joe’s just down the street. The staff is very helpful and always welcoming. And the views of the Harbor are excellent!

I absolutely love it here at Park Lane! The management team is always so helpful; most members of the concierges know everyone and always make you feel welcome when you come 'home' and leave. The event offerings are inclusive of most everyone in both buildings. What a great place!
