I am agnostic about this place. It's reasonably nice but overall not worth the rent and fees charged for it.
This is the first time in 15 years I have had less than positive things to say about living here. Unfortunately, it's taking way too long for service to be done. I've lived here for 15 years and the front staff has remained excellent. However the new managments cut back on the maintenance staff is clearly poorly affecting the quality of living here. What maintenance we do have is excellent but not enough people.

I cannot speak favorably of PAB at this time. I love my apartment and the commute is great, but the emotional and psychological stress I have been under overwhelms my desire to stay.

The Park at Armand Bayou is a great community to live in. I have been here 5 years and have been very happy. Management and staff are very friendly and helpful at all times. Great place to live and plenty of outdoor spaces to explore in the area.
The Park at Armand Bayou is a great community. From the office workers to the maintenance everyone is nice and welcoming. I love living here. Yes there has been issues here and there but nothing major and the office has an open door policy and extremely fair. I would definitely recommend living here as a great option.

Park at Armand Bayou is a beautiful oasis in the middle of nature. I love the location and it's close proximity to everything, including the huge Baybrook Mall and the Armand Bayou Nature Center. I'm very happy with my choice to move here.

I must say that I really live it here. The peace and serenity of feeling at home in an apartment is what this community brings. Not only are the people friendly, the office staff is the absolute best. Even the property manager is not afraid to get her hands dirty and will step in and step up in a heartbeat. She was actually walking around on-site the day of the hurricane. Office staff came in when there was no power and never came out of character. Maintenance, although they are a limited crew, the supervisor will always prioritize an urgent issue and the office staff will call you and check on you if your work order has been in longer than like 14-21 days to see if it has been addressed. I am a very very picky person and that is an understatement but I honestly have no complaints. You will absolutely love it here too. No I do not work for them or with them and they have not promised my anything. I really and truly LOVE IT HERE!

I have been at the Park at Armand Bayou for about two weeks now. So far I am in love with my apartment space. Most maintenance requests have been handled quickly. I have some that I'm still waiting on after two weeks. The location is nice. It is close to nature. It is mostly quiet, which I appreciate.

We recently moved in Park at Armand Bayou. You can experience the solitude and nature. I’m work at home, and it is important to have a quiet and relaxing surrounding. Though it is not prefect, we are having some issues but overall living in Park at Armand Bayou is the best decision we’ve done.

I love living here, the staff in the office are very helpful. The apartments are spacious and accessible. The green space exterior is very relaxing. The amenities are great, i have used the gym quite a lot since living here. It's also close to shops/restaurants etc.

The Apartment complex is nice and secured due to the security gate. The staff is very professional and nice. I have lived in 11 apartment complexes in 31 years. I have not seen a better professional staff than the staff at Armand Bayou.

Great place to live, near a big park with cycling paths/ boat ramp/and water park/play area for kids. I love the community and neighbors take care of eachother. They plan events periodically for residents like movie night for kids, taco truck, etc. I definitely feel safe here since it’s gated and the staff are all great to talk to and always helpful and caring.

I've been a resident of Armand Bayou since late 2017 and the staff has been pretty reliable on a dressing any issues that arise. We have experienced everything from pest problems to Rooms flooding due to winter storms and the park at Armand Bayou made it easier to endure.

I moved into the Park at Armand Bayou five months ago. During that span of time I have been treated very well by the staff and the maintenance team. The Park is clean, quiet, and very well appointed. I utilize the exercise room weekly and the community room on occasion and I find them always clean and well taken care of. The staff are very knowledgable and helpful, and the maintenance team is experienced and very capable. I highly recommend the Park at Armanda Bayou.

Overall, I'm very grateful to have been a resident here for almost 7 years, even though my AC goes out EVERY YEAR and this year I had 72 HOURS WITH NO AC, 95 degrees in my apartment -I WORK FROM HOME!!! LOST TIME and maintenance had NO SPARE WINDOW UNITS ----I am certainly not receiving any discounts on my rent for LIVING LIKE A HOMELESS PERSON!

My husband and I absolutely love living here. Our patio gives us a lot of joy, fun and laughter. Overlooking the forest is a plus as well. We have no complaints. This may sound a little morbid, but we hope to live here until they carry us out horizontally. LOL.

It is nice with spacious floor plans and high ceilings. The attention to detail with paint is an issue. I have large drips on my doors and I can tell where holes were from previous tenants. If I am paying for luxury rates, I think those details are important.

Decent apartment living. Don’t be fooled by the word luxury. There is no luxury in this apartment. Staff is great. Trash overflows daily causing a horrible pest problem. Price is fair. Parking is ok

I have lived here many years. I’ve planned to move a few time only because I want to buy a home, but I’m super comfortable here and tend to renew my lease every time. It is very peaceful. I have great neighbors. Have never felt unsafe and the grounds are kept super clean. The office team is always helpful.

Very professional management staff, on the spot maintance crew, Always take care of any concerns with a very timely response Amy is the property manager and is amazing, Dylan is always so helpful with anything you need!! Will and maintance staff are always on time , love the way they treat you with such importance, I have to tell you, you'll love calling this home, beautiful views walking trails and family friendly neighbors

The Staff at Park at Armand Bayou goes above and beyond to resolve issues. the Maintenance folks are amazing, get the job done timely and thoroughly. Management goes above and beyond to assist residents.

We’ve lived here for nearly five years, the longest I’ve ever stayed in one home. As a resident, I feel we are well taken care of and treated kindly. I feel secure and safe enough to walk the grounds at night with my dog, which isn’t something I normally do. I really do appreciate all the maintenance and office staff do to keep our community beautiful and safe.

The park is a friendly community. The staff are very helpful. The floor plans are a good size and the complex is kept clean and clutter free.
