Property Ratings at Parc 17
Everything has sucked from the beginning here. If your payment is late because you submit your payment on time but your bank doesn't work with their bank it's your fault and they charge you 50$ on the spot. The amenities are mostly closed because it takes weeks to reopen if anything goes wrong, and if you face any inconvenience from something not your fault they reimburse absolutely nothing. Lost an entire fridge worth of food when it stopped working they gave us a cooler that you would take on trip... didn't even get us ice for it. It has a bug and rodent problem it's not the worst in the world but they keep coming back. Been under maintenance for a week now over a leak causing flooding in the laundry room. They came to fix it many times to no avail, now I know taking care of a leak takes time... but getting them out here to dry the place up once a day has been a pain. I told them their fix made it worse, and I needed someone to come drain it again and was treated like an annoyance. I've had here won't be renewing save yourself the headache.
Very nice apartments that are updated and property is very well kept. Everyone in the office is very helpful and mantinance is always on top of things very quickly and professionally. Mark is the absolute best at what he does. Great place to live .
Amazing service, even better property. Unfortunately we were relocated last second out of state but I loved this location. Cassie was my absolute favorite to work with and made me want to live here even more. I cannot recommend this location enough! I was always able to get through to the front office with questions and if my husband and I are ever relocated back to LV - we’ll be here! Apartments are super cute and spacious and the pool is adorable. 10/10 recommend!
The doggie park is a great addition and the pool area has been redone in time for the summer!
Property manager is very responsive and seems to really care about giving residents a positive experience.
Everything is done online after you complete the application and pay the fees you never hear back from anyone and you can never get anyone on the phone.. move-in date has come and gone still haven’t heard anything
Move in was fast and everything is nice and clean. Maintenance is very friendly and respond fast.
