I have absolutely loved living at Paisley and Pointe in Centennial Hills, the staff is so friendly and maintenance is speedy. I have had nothing but great experiences. The amenities are nice and the upgraded apartments are wonderful. Neighbors are friendly and other than being a bit on the pricer side it has been nothing shy of a great experience. I’m currently reaching the end of my second lease and will probably end up staying for another year depending on the renewal agreement.

I have been here for a year. Any concern is always addressed thru a prompt email or phone call. Very friendly and helpful. Apt is very nice, love the closet space! Updated and new. The only thing I'm not crazy about is W/D out on patio. I am very lucky all my neighbors are friendly, normal and respectful.

Pointe at Centennial Hills is an Exceptional place to live. The staff is friendly, the place is pretty well maintained. The rent is affordable and most of all it's typically a quiet place even being next to a freeway I don't notice. I'd definitely recommend any new potential residents to live here.

Pointe at centennial Hill is a fair to good place. It has great commercial places to go for foods at a local restaurant or grocery stores. All this is walking distance from your living space. On a cool day you can walk to Albertsons grocery store for buy groceries for a quick meal. It is very accessible by car! Six minutes away from target and chase bank . This complex has problems like all Apartment but it can be overcome and it is affordable. The staff is there to help you if you need assistance.

had an amazing crew to fix the problem Nick explained what was going to happen step by step Sarah got the work order in right away and the a/c crews took care of the problem in under 3 hours as a result no damage or mess. then cleaned up the water and left after cleaning up the apartment area. Awesome Job! Bravo

Maintenance is always very quick to respond to issues. Big shout outs to Mr. Ray and (both) Mr. Nick’s! Amazing maintenance men and teachers (as Mr. Ray came in once to fix one of my maintenance issues with a trainee and my issue has been fixed ever since).

I’ve been here for a little over a year and everytime I interact with members of the staff they have been overwhelmingly positive, I truly enjoy how friendly everyone is including neighbors they have all been wonderful in making this a great community. I love how helpful the staff are when it comes to questions or maintenance related issues as well as very quickly solving the issues. This apartment complex is a bit on the pricer side than some of the other options, but I decided to renew my lease just because of the positive experience I’ve had living here.

I love it here! Very clean, staff is easy going and maintenance is AMAZING!
Our AC was not working and maintenance was at the apartment within minutes. I was so happy to see how fast Devin from the office responded to my email and how fast maintenance came out and got the AC to work. Just AWESOME!!! Thank you so much!

This complex is pretty solid! The location is amazing and super convenient for anybody who loves shopping (or car dealerships for that matter). The office staff have also been amazing at addressing any concerns or questions quickly. I can see myself living here for quite a while!

Management is outstanding, and they are very friendly when you walk in and when I see them around property, they speak which is always very nice. I have been a resident at the Pointe @ Centennial Hills for 4 years. In that time we have had at LEAST 4 different property management corporations own us. Each one completely overhauls and pours money into the superficial appearance of the grounds but never actually repair anything. The most recent organization, Waterton, has staff that refuse to pay for ANY repairs. They do quick fixes and never follow up. The only reason I have stayed is because I have a good rent rate. But, you get what you pay for. Their rent prices are now through the roof but the quality of the property does NOT measure up to these prices!!! The only benefit of the high rent is the convenience of the location. Otherwise, it is really an awful community that has steadily gone downhill.

Pointe At Centennial Hills is a nice place to live I've been there for 3years now and l have had no issues the maintenance is great at responding in a timely matter. l just wish people will clean up after ther dogs more often other then that the community is always clean.

As a resident who has lived here for over three years and has seen this apartment complex change management two different times, now. I can give you a great list as to why you shouldn't live here. The key reason is the management. They flat out do not care about their tenants. I have had multiple issues with them. Let's list some examples: My most recent issue is noise pollution from the neighbors downstairs. This has been ongoing for two months. In the middle of this issue, a new property management company took over the complex. It has been nothing but excuses from the new crew as to why they don't want to talk to our downstairs neighbors, which is ridiculous. They would rather have the situation escalate than deal with it. Our gate has worked for a total of 6 months throughout the years that I've lived here. That isn't 6 months consecutively, either. It works for a month here and two months there. Part of my overpriced rent is that security feature. What a waste of my money. Communicating with the front office has ALWAYS been a pain. I haven't had many incidents, because I keep to myself, but when I do, the front office is the LAST PLACE I go to for help. They give runaround answers, or no answers at all. They come up with excuse after excuse as to why they can't help you with anything at all. They would much rather deal with selling the apartments. Once you live here, they Do. Not. Care. About. You. At. All.

I've lived here for 8 years and love it here. As a single Dad, it's important that I know my neighbors and the Pointe Staff. I enjoy the family atmosphere, especially the green grass park setting, benches, barbecues, etc. which is almost unheard of in Vegas! Check it out, tell them Tim sent you :-)

Great, convenient location with beautiful green spaces and trees. Amy has been helpful through the entire process of us moving here from out of state. The units seem to have more built in storage than other apartments in the area.
