On the outside it looks ok...but on the inside its Awesome great customer service I won't forget Pacific Harbors Apartments.

I had lived at Pacific Harbors for 10 years but I had purchased a house, every time I have went to the office there is always new faces in the office. I am sad to leave Pacific Harbors because the person who sits in the front (michelle) was very helpful and nice and even tried to convince me to stay, but I hope they keep her because she is someone that I can remember. Thank You!

I visited Pacific Harbors on Wednesday and I meet a lovely person name Michel who reminds me of my grand daughter. She was very helpful, I am a senior citizen and as I coming to the office Michell opened the door for me I felt welcomed. She is so nice, she gave me a tour of the place and I was introduced to Esmeralda, and Rubio, Chris (maintenance people, I hope I have there names right) I felt like I was family being there. I loved my visit there. I wanted to live there but I dont make enough money, so Michel called a few places for me that can take my income and gave me the information.. Michel said she was just helping out at Pacific Harbors and that if I didnt like the places she gave I can call her at Play Vista for more places to look at... If you see this Michel can you help me find more places.. Thank you. Nancy Ricalde
My husband and I purchased and lived here for 5 years. We purchased a unit as I am disabled and needed a first floor apartment that is difficult to find in Vegas. The apartment was OK, the facility quiet, and maintenance fair. When we moved it was because our son relocated and we would have been alone there. Those are the good points. The HOA is $200.00/ month. With all the details of moving cross-country I did not realize I was being charged a $225.00 associate fee each month. Since discovering this I have not been able to reach them. The phone is always busy or not answered. There is no office in the facility itself. I did receive one call from a Michele who somehow thought my message was to purchase a unit. My return calls have gone unanswered. DO NOT BUY HERE. Hopefully this message will initiate a response. But I doubt it. Find something better.
Estrella was very nice and helpful. This apartment is very good for its price. Thank you so much for your help very excited to move in next week. Highly recommend to rent here!
my air conditioner has been broken for several months and they refuse to replace it! my daughter suffers frm severe asthma and they still won't replace it. it's the summer so it's 90 degrees in my apartment in the daytime. they will show u a model apartment, but your actual apartment will be horrible, roaches, old rotting cabinets, sloppy paint, all appliances needs repairs on the regular
The office is untimely and unprofessional. They do not understand of concept of urgency, and they never answer phone calls, emails, or posts on their residential portal. The maintenance is slapdash, and the emergency number is never answered. This place is not "a great place to live", as their answering machine would say. I would know. That's the only thing I ever hear from on their side of the office. Please note that there are now five 1-star reviews, and only one 5-star. Save yourself some time, and keep googling for a different apartment.
sadly the apartments are rough and run down and out dated and the office staff could care less about anything and are never in the office the pictures on this site do not match what the apartments really look like people try to brake in all the time honestly I rather live in a weekly then pay rent here they get one star for all the shade the tree provide during the summer I cannot wait in till my lease is up so I can find and get better for my wife and my self
