We love everything that Pace apartments has to offer, from location, to amenities, to our leasing agent Jazmine !
Absolutely would recommend to others if the complex had a water softener.
Positives: Well maintained, conveniently located and nice buildings. Biggest negative was lack of security in the parking lots. Ideally it would be gated, but if not security cameras should be abundant and visible.
I love the place and have already recommended. I understand that my specific apartment has these issues.
The gentleman came in went right to the issue, it took him about 7 seconds. He was finish with no problem. Thank you Sir !!!
I love calling this place my home.
New up to date apartments, great amenities! Gym has peloton bikes!

Do not rent here my garage was broken in to first month living here and the homeless. Is out of control towards the rear of building number 5 cars broken in to all the time police activity in rear of apartments every night I could not take it anymore and moved out the manager said she would get me back my 1800.00 deposit so for safety of my son and my self we moved 4 days later the manager calls to tell me I’m not getting back my deposit stay very far away from this place like I said the homeless in rear from the big wash in back will never stop ??
