Excellent place to live. Great location and management is awesome. So much to fo and close to stores. Best move I have ever made. Do not wait.

My first impressions of overture and its staff have been wonderful

Wonderful place to live. Friendly people, great staff. Lots of activities. Maintenance very responsive to issues. So happy I moved here. Area is close to great shopping and a variety of of restaurants.

Been here 5 months and really enjoying it, alway something going on to do. Enjoy playing cards and attending Mix and Mingle. Very friendly management and residents. have made numerous close friends.

I absolutely love the community here at Overture Chapel Hill. The feel of "family" is very present with many of the residents. A lot of the residents have been living here since the building opened - amazing! The location is great too. We are withing 5 miles of many grocery stores, including Trader Joe's, medical offices, movie theater and hiking trails.

WE renewed our lease a little early again as we continue to be thrilled with our residency at Overture Chapel Hill. The staff is really good, and the facility is well maintained. We like the regular events and especially the special ones like the upcoming Halloween Party. The sense of community is really wonderful here.

The physical aspects of the apts are very nice. The people who live here make wonderful friends to socialize with and we all look out for each other. The maintenance crew, especially Richard, is great. Except for Stephanie, the rest of the office staff does not always follow through. It would be nice to create more greeen space.

Overall Overture has been a good community for us to live in.

I made the riight choice by moving to Overture in Chapel Hiill! Eceeded my epectations for comfort and community and care.

Overture Chapel Hill is a lovely place to live. I have met beautiful people who I now call my friends.

Overture Chapel Hill is a very nice community. Residents are very friendly! The staff is very professional and helpful. The maintenance staff is outstanding! There are many activities available - there is something here for everyone - you can be as busy as you want but you are not forced into anything you are not interested in - there are meet & greets, pot lucks, book clubs, movies in the Reel Room, dance class, chair yoga, cards, games … just to name a few! Best choice I ever made!

I love it here! Thought I would miss my old life and home, but don't!

Overture Chapel Hill is a fabulous place to live. Great management and maintenance team. So many fun activities. And very clean and safe.

Lobby area is very appealing & very clean. The decor is up to date & very comfortable areas to sit. I live the theater area where I can watch a movie on the big screen. The coffee area is a nice place to hang out & enjoy a friendly conversation .

I feel like a grizzled veteran as so many of my fellow residents are newer than I. However, I still like living here. It seems as if more and more of the amenities fall on the shoulders of the residents, but that is not all bad. The messaging is intrusive, but necessary. I don't know what calculus is used to create a resident of the month, but I don't expect the crown to fall on me. The rent increases in the last two years have been reasonable and I am happy about that. The men are not treated as well as the women -- the had two events in July, a coffee and a wine -- we had one. But 4 stars seems right.

I love living at Overture Chapel Hill and highly recommend it! My apartment is incredible, the staff is excellent, the activities are outstanding and the community is wonderful. I am so happy here and plan to stay long term.

Can not wait to move in! The intial tour, application process and staff have been wonderful so far. Happen to be in the community for July 4th mixer and it was so very nice.

Still loving our two-bedroom apartment in Overture Chapel Hill. Staff is great, and the number of special events they produce is impressive. There are so many choices of activities to participate in, and many are led by the residents ourselves. Overture is a community, not just an apartment building. We have made lots of good friends here.

Love the Wed evening Mix and Mingle a chance to meet other residents. There is something to do every day if you wish to participate. Enjoying my new place very much.

Living at the overture apartments has been great for me.

Overture Chapel Hill offers a wide range of activities for 55 seniors. Residents are welcoming and friendly. And staff is professional and helpful. Even my dog immediately senses the positive vibes from the residents and staff! Such a pleasant environment.

I'm in my 5th year at Overture Chapel Hill. All the activities offered here lead to a strong sense of community. I've learned so much living here - painting, diamond art, tai chi, and card games just to name a few. The staff is kind and go the extra mile for all the residents. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and with professionalism.

Great experience. Stephanie has been a jewell and extremely helpful in getting my Mom settled. McKenzie has also been great and attentive. A good experience all around

Great place to live with nice staff, residents, and activities. Property is very well-maintained.

Overall pretty satisfied,except for the different activities. Some are OK. Would be nice to twitch up occasionally.

I love living at Overture Chapel Hill! The events are incredible, my place is perfect for me, the staff members are fantastic and I the resident community is wonderful!!!

Overture continues to be more than an apartment. It truly is a community. The majority of the residents are kind to and caring about each other. The social gatherings are varied and well-planned. Our management group is very attentive.

The staff is wonderful. I love all the programs. Residents make me feel very welcoming . I feel safe and there is so much to do. The location is so convenient to shopping and stores.

Pleasant atmosphere. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Complex is very well maintained. It's like living in your own community with folks of your similar age and interests all around you.

Meeting and greeting new residents at the community. Planned events is always a great experience for us. They are always happy and glad to know about the ends and outs especially the pros and cons.

Ever since I moved here, I walked in the front entrance and saw that it was tastefully decorated , which was a plus for me , it was welcoming , people walking by looked friendly, and it felt like a warm welcome, then Jerry gave me a tour of the building and what my room would look like, very down to earth and personable . My daughter looked at me and said, What do you think Mom? I said I love it here! This is the place - I want to live here. I knew immediately I could spend the lattter part of my retirement here . I've made a few friends and many aquaintances here, we are one big family -Im never bored, I just go downstairs to the lobby and always have someone to talk to, or play a game with. or attend an event. which is so cool.I don't plan on ever leaving- they have me for good!

Everything about it is right for me. So happy that I chose Overture in 2020. The community atmosphere is the best and the staff is outstanding.

Very clean, nice place to live. They have great events for the older residents to keep them active. The people are really nice and it’s in a convenient location.

I had health issues and moved to this area to be close to my daughter. I sold my house and downsized and moved to Overture Chapel Hill. I think it is one of the best decisions I’ve made. I like my apartment and all the amenities I have in my apartment and in the building! I have very nice neighbors and have made friends in the building! People here are very friendly! The staff in the building are wonderful- they know everyone by name - when you run into them as you return to the building they always have a big hello and welcome home! The maintenance staff are wonderful- always helpful! Moving to Overture was the right decision for me - & I’m happy this is now my home!

I enjoy the sense of community and the activities. It would be helpful to either have another trash bin or have it emptied more often. Trash has piled up on the ground outside.
