Ora Seaport

My experience has been a little mixed. The staff has always been very good. There are few things in the amenities. I wish could be addressed like you can't use the stove in the community room because it requires a special pan or covering that they say they can't find or is not accessible. On occasions, I have noticed some tenants walking their dog to do their business out on the Skydeck near the pool area or the grille's. The grille's could stand being replaced or fixed. There are knobs missing from it. And the area is not kept clean on most occasions. I have enjoyed my stay at the Ora thus, far. I would like to see more routine maintenance checks. Regarding changing filters rodent and pest control.

The Ora is great — from the most attentive & friendly staff to the resort-like roof deck, it has it all. The apartment finishes are modern and stylish. The onsite valet parking is very convenient especially with the covered portico for inclement weather. The location is great for getting in and out of the city as well!

Excellent location in the Seaport, with friendly and helpful staff, lots of sunlight and good amenities. Very convenient to the T (Silver Line). Lots of nearby restaurants plus a few good pubs.

Fantastic! Really enjoy living here. Everyone is incredibly friendly and the service is great. The building is generally quiet and never disruptive. I couldn’t recommend the property more and hope it continues to stay as a place of community while also providing top notch utilities.

Rooms were very nice, a very quiet location, very close to office and places to eat. Very nice amenities in the building, swimming pool, outdoor visiting, game rooms, grilling location, gym and even a dog wash. A wonderful place.

I discovered a mouse in my apartment multiple times, along with droppings and urine throughout my entire apartment. I had nearly 10 traps down in my 700 sq ft apartment and I would still see mice

Amazing and seamless! Beautiful complex and units and everyone is really nice and willing to help. So glad we get to join the Ora community!

I have absolutely loved living here! We are going into the second year of our lease and are very happy with the decision to extend. Ora management made it very easy to renew our lease and kept a fair price. Looking forward to the rest of our time in Seaport.

It has been good - smooth check in and well maintained. The apartment is spacious with a lot of light, even for a studio, and the walls are thick so I can rarely hear any noise outside.

Really enjoying life at Ora Seaport! The leasing office made my move seamless and stress-free. The building and amenities make it even better!

Helpful & Supportive Staff. Samantha from the leasing office is awesome! I highly recommend to actually consider renting an apartment from Ora. Maintenance Staff is also pro-active.

Easy to move in. Easy to sign up… very smooth process. Olivia was very helpful and accommodating… the only annoying part was first payment was due by cheque or money order… but I could submit it to the 24x7 concierge when I got there to get my keys and move in…

Living at Ora is an overall great experience! It's a great location, all of the staff are great, and the amenities are nice. The only downside is that some of the appliances are just...off. Everything is new and shiny, but little things don't work as expected - our kitchen faucet decided it was just going to go in spray mode forever, we had water leaking from the windows after a storm, we had to get our oven replaced, etc. Maintenance is generally quick to fix everything, but I feel like the appliances are cheap which is annoying because rent is pricey. Overall, the appliances aren't a huge deal. We're happy with our experience living here!

Walls are very thin. Can hear neighbors and people in the hallways at all hours. HVAC doesn’t work regularly. Terrible music plays at the pool

So far so good! A few minor maintenance issues in the apartment that I submitted on the review. Hopefully some or all of those are address soon but otherwise staff has been amazing. Props to Olivia! :)

I love Ora! Great building with amenities and very kind staff. Building is clean and quiet most of the time. Cleaning and maintenance staff are great and very helpful.

I love the gym and everything is also kept so nice and staff is so friendly. 10/10 recommend! I love the location and all we can do around the apartment.

I have loved my experience living in Ora. From the location to the staff it is a very pleasant place to call home. You can not beat the summers here with the rooftop access.

Ora was extremely accommodating with our move. The staff has been very helpful and our leasing agent, Olivia, was phenomenal. The building itself is beautiful.

To date, the building staff has solved all the problems that we previously encountered! Which we are truly grateful for! Ora is a comfortable and safe place, with responsive staff and managers.

Anything that breaks, like grills, TVs, or elevators, takes weeks, sometimes months to repair. Otherwise, the place is great and we love it!

management is unwilling to address noise and smoking violations my hvac has been replaced twice, still does not work properly. tiny kitchen lacks proper storage space. way over , better deals to be had in the neighborhood. ,i regret moving here, Ken at the front desk is the only good thing about this place. noisy concert venue in the summer will keep you up at night. can hear the neighbors snd dogs barking, no noise isolation. I lived at waterside place previously and it is such a netter value.

Recently moved in and the process was quick and painless. Leasing office and reception staff are very helpful and friendly I’m really excited to be here

I have absolutely loved living at the Ora. The staff is beyond accommodating and provides fun monthly activities that were able to look forward to all month with the flyers on the elevators. Maintenance response to request very quickly!

Easy and straightforward move in procedure. Kind and supportive leasing office staff. So far so good! And hope everything goes well in the following months same as the few days back.

Community is good. Apartment design is odd with closet and kitchen shelving unusually high and requiring a step ladder for anyone under 5’4. On the plus side, the property is very clean and the units are very quiet. Noise travels through hallways but not as much once inside.

Every one has been very helpful and our move was seamless. Our pets live their new hone and so do we! We see Ora as our home in the city for the foreseeable future

It’s amazing! I really love Ora apartment! I have been so many cities, Chicago, NYC and Ann Arbor and lived in so many apartments but Ora is easily the best one!

Very good community and people here. All the staff member is very helpful. Very peaceful environment. Maintenance staff come on the time and fix the problem very quickly. They respond to all you questions.

I love the concierge - Always friendly and helpful people. I like the BBQ party on the rooftop. The Poole is fantastic. Hope during the winter we will get some fun activities too.

Beautiful apartments and the amenities are top tier. The rooftop pool and area has a great view of the harbor. The concierge 24/7, valet parking and absolutely amazing leasing office staff made my choice to live here easy.

I have absolutely loved my time here at Ora! The location is amazing being in Seaport but the apartment itself is what really makes it. Everyone is so kind and helpful and that has been shown since the first day here!

I recently moved into Ora Seaport and my transition here has been absolutely perfect. The property managers and front desk are very friendly, warm, and helpful. The building itself is very nice and clean with so many amenities and for those interested in parking it is such an ease. I absolutely love Ora, Im so glad I chose to move here

I just moved in last week and have had a wonderful experience so far at Ora! The staff was all very welcoming upon our arrival and made us feel at home.

We have not yet moved in and have just signed the contract, but I can say that the managers are doing a good job! Polite and friendly, complying with measures upon request. And this is no less important than the apartment itself.

Great place to live, nice amenities and good neighbors. I would put more emphasis on service to the residents. put a spa on the top floor and a 24 hour vending machine and the place would be 5 stars

My experience over the last 3 years of being a resident have been enjoyable. There were some wrinkles in the beginning but things seem to be leveling out. Staff seems to be very attentive to residents and their needs and requests I would more than likely recommend someone to live here

Love the community at Ora! I am a long way from my family for work and it has been nice to have such a nice community experience. Love the activity the pop up Boutiques. Rooftop Yoga is a great experience and a very clean well kept fitness facility and my little dog loves the treats and I love the dog spa for her!!

My experience at Ora overall has been pleasant. The concierge, custodial, and maintenance staff are all wonderful people and make this place feel more like home. Some of leasing staff can make me feel uncomfortable at times, so I tend to speak directly with Olivia if I need anything. She is always friendly and very helpful!

Ora is the best building! From the way the units are designed to maximize space to the decor of the building to the amenities to the staff we couldn't be happier!

Beautifully designed apartments with top notch amenities. The location can’t be beat, away from the craziness of the seaport but close enough to walk to it all.

My experience at Ora has been great! The staff are all welcoming and help to make the building feel like home. I also love all the amenities, especially the gym which I use regularly when working from home.
