I loved this apartment from the very first day. The place is very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location is perfect—quiet, safe, and close to everything you need. The apartment is comfortable, spacious, and the kitchen has everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The owner/management was always very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I do not live here currently but when my husband and I were touring apartments. Oaks at Greenview was on our top 5 apartmets. The only reason we did not choose this apartment complex was because the location was too far from my job. The customer service was excelent, so was the apartments the location amazing for shopping and eating. All in all excellent property.

I love the peacefulness and the friendly staff.I been here for a year and have enjoyed my time,yes I had so problems in my apartment but everything have been fixed.So if you're looking for a quiet place to live come join our community.

I love how quiet it is over here and we also love the pool and the office staff. I have been living here for over 3 years now. They are pet friendly which is another thing I love and they also offer flex, where you can split up your rent payments.

Since I’ve moved in I’ve had nothing but problems it’s been a whole month now and still nothing has gotten fixed. Whatever my neighbors do in there free time it comes through my vents.

Very peaceful area, loving the pool site. Has an awesome gym. Big patio. I have the playground in sight as well. I’m loving everything about it so far.

My first month experience is horrible. I haven’t had a working toilet since my first day moving in. It’s been going on 3 weeks and still do not have a working toilet.

I enjoy the community, I just wish they could do better with doing “valet” trash. I have had to wake up to trash all over due to them not picking it up and cats getting into it.

They don’t keep maintenance men. They don’t come fix anything that brings. They will charge you for any little thing they don’t care about tenants only want the money not a good community. Management is terrible horrible. Worst living experience ever

Move anywhere but here

The apartments are old & something is always breaking down. Sometimes they come fix it, sometimes they don’t. All of the management that has been through here sucks. You will be over charged & nickeled & dined for everything. There has been so much crime/shooting/breaking lately. Management said that’s not their problem. Save your money & headache

Since we've had different management it's been okay. I love all the new features & upgrades they have done. The pool area is great!! Wishing we had some assigned parking or parking sticker (with no additional fee!!) Staff could do a better job at taking care of your needs for your home. Other than that is good place easy freeway access everything's close by.
