I've lived here before and I'm glad to be back. Blake was super patience and great to deal with during the process. Building could use some maintenance and care around the edges, as it doesn't seem as well kept as it was when I was living here a few years ago.

nice front office staff, good pet showers stations, would be nice to have a real grass turf area instead of the turf, overall looks well maintained and cleaned, good overall location, be careful of strangers / loitering people around occassionally

I’ve lived at Muse for about one and a half years; it’s a pretty nice community and very clean with nice amenities. The only thing I will say is that the units above the bar downstairs can get a lot of noise, and sometimes it could be more clean. But overall pretty good experience and I would recommend if you’re looking in Addison.

It's been great so far! My only complaint would be the package room is difficult for vendors to deliver to. I have to have all my packages/mail delivered elsewhere or I won't receive it.

Nice people, and the leasing office is super helpful. Overall it’s safe and clean and being able to walk to the cafe downstairs and to galleria is a huge plus. The only cons are the elevators are always breaking and the new guest parking policy is annoying. (We used to be able to use retail parking)

I have had the BEST experience so far! I shipped 16 boxes from Phoenix to Dallas and of course the boxes arrived before I did (even though I coordinated with UPS to have them arrive on moving day) and Management moved ALL the boxes into my APARTMENT!! UPS had them all outside my door (I know this because of the email notification with pictures) so on move in day I was worried but Angela met me with a smile and put my mind at ease! She was a breath of air! When I moved in, I absolutely loved my apartment! I’ve been here less than a week and everything has been perfect. One of my girlfriends recommended this community to me, and she actually lives down the hall and I have nothing but great things to say about it! It definitely feels like home??

I like living here, and it has been good in general. The front desk staff is very friendly. I love the location. I am just having a lot of problems with maintenance due to my cabinets being damaged and ripping of. I had requested support many times, and it looks like I always get a different excuse and it never gets fixed. They told me that the cabinets would be fixed before my move in date which was 4 months ago. They barely follow up and if I complain, it does not resolve anything either.

Mostly quiet and safe. Garage is always full of empty spots so never had an issue with parking and it’s safe as well. The staff are pretty nice and respectful to all people. Jennifer helps out so much when you need her too :)

I toured at Muse at Midtown last week and was helped by the leasing agent Blake. The property is beautiful and located near a lot of shopping and restaurants that I love. The leasing agent Blake was very helpful and knowledgeable about the community and the area around it. He made me feel like a part of the community already! Great area, great management. They’re always willing to help and on top of any issues that arise. It’s also nice that there’s tons of parking for guests in the garage, none of that registration and limited guest parking nonsense.

Elevator and garage door are constantly broken . Clubhouse are closed during nighttime which is not the case before management change !Rent is relatively higher compare to other apartments in the area

Nice apartments with a very peaceful community. Its beautiful and has a resort vibe. The staff is very helpful. Very accessible to a lot of restaurants, and the Galleria! Great amenities! Very neat!

I gave 5 stars because the experience from applying for the property to moving in was smooth. The environment is clean, and everything works. My only complaint, parking is a challenge here. If you don't want to deal with that challenge, you can pay for reserved parking.
I was a resident at Muse for 3.5 years, starting from when the property first opened. Please note that 90% of the positive reviews are from the previous management; they were great and the main reason I continued to renew my lease. However, my short experience with the new management has not been positive. Positives: The property is decent overall and the maintenance team is great and resolve requests same day most of the time. There is also ample guest parking. Negatives: If there is an emergency or if you are locked out of your apartment, there is no longer an emergency phone number for residents to call. One day, the power went out in the entire building for several hours, and there was no one to reach. The elevators are constantly breaking down as well. Under previous management, they would communicate whenever these incidents happened and provided updates. Now, there is also no number to call for noise complaints. The property has gone downhill since the Shakertins bar opened. I moved here because it used to be a quiet, chill environment, but that is no longer the case. New management will hit you with unnecessary move-out fees, so if you paid a security deposit, don’t count on getting that back. Definitely read recent reviews before considering moving here.

The apartment layout is great. The community has recently changed owners. Previous management was good, but the new management is not as good.

I like the apartment and its amenities. Only the floors and walls are a little thin that invades privacy from time to time. Other than that, maintenance is good as well.

Convenient neighborhood, clean, newer apartments. Only issue is some road noise and parking for visitors from time to time, but mostly minor.

Love the safety of the the apartment complex, as a student. It has a lot of amenities and is close to many restaurants and stores. It is definitely more of a premium apartment than a budget apartment.

Very nice community that takes care of its residents. I moved in late last year and about a month ago the administration changed hands to a new company, let’s hope they maintain the same level of service the prior administration had.

We have been older apt. Dwellers for about 10 years. We have lived in Addison, and a horrible apt. Just up the street on Noel! We have never had such amazing care. The staff ALWAYS GOES THE EXTRA MILE.They are kind,and careing. The place is spotless. The maintenence man is always filled with good ideas. The manager,assistant manager,and the people at the front desk,are always helpful. After living in an apartment right across from the galleria, being told by them " I could pay 6k to have a door installed if I wanted it so bad",etc. This is somewhere we can ,and will live for years to come.
