I have been with this apartment complex before new management took over. The new leasing office has made my tenure more enjoyable. I am usually very picky and I move around a lot but everyone here including the staff makes me loyal to the property. Consider living here yourself to see for yourself! You won't regret it.

I lived here for a year and a half and finally broke out of my lease last fall after all my wheels got stolen last summer. I had to pay over $8k to break out of my lease. Management dealt very poorly after 3 cars including mine got their wheels stolen. And reading from another review it seems like it’s happened again and still no increased security. Mine got stolen in broad daylight with double gates in the parking garage, go figure. Also lots of 3rd party contractors coming in and out. Some units are listed on furnished listings so people out of town are loud. Management very dismissive and takes forever to get anything fix as well. Even the maintenance crew lie about coming back and fixing things. There’s so many other apartments in the area to consider other than this one.

I live here. Our unit is great, but the property management is terrible. They are unresponsive (i.e. you have to email them 2-3 times to get a response) and tend to create problems rather than solve them. Our apartment complex has been having increasing security issues (breaking into cars, etc.). Rather than increase security around the place with more cameras and a security guard (crazy idea), they choose to clamp down on resident access by making you not able to use one of the parking garage gates and making you go to the elevator instead of the stairs. Quite frankly, I would rather live in a less nice apartment complex with better management. I just cannot understand why making residents' lives more inconvenient is always the first solution for property management, instead of solutions that can benefit everyone.

I moved in a few weeks ago and I really love it here so far! The apartments are really nice, there are so many amenities (including a community herb/vegetable garden which is so cool), and the management staff is super helpful. There are a few small things they’re still working out (I know quite a few rooms have had problems with their smoke detectors going off from just cooking with the fan on, some doors going in and outside get jammed, etc) but once they get those sorted out I don’t really have any issues here. The parking garage feels really safe which was a big worry for us moving in. The location is perfect - you’re so close to a ton of restaurants and shops and the park and downtown are pretty close, and the view from our balcony is absolutely gorgeous. Overall, I’d highly recommend living here!
