Living here has been a comfortable experience, management and maintenance have been helpful, I have no complaints and highly recommend living here.
I would recommend this community who are looking for new house. Amenities are good, Maintenance is good This neighborhood is located in prime area where everything will be available with in 10 mins of drive.
The only thing I like is the location. I don't like the $15 monthly trash fee. Which I can throw the trash on my own. My upstairs neighbors are very loud we get a lot of noise coming from upstairs. Did a lot of noise complaints and nothing works. My experience has not been very well.
I love the staff great location. I enjoy the neighborhood and it is very quite.my experience living here has been great and I have told people about this place.

I've only been here for a few weeks but I'm enjoying my stay here. Staff has been extraordinary when I ask questions or make requests. My neighbors are also nice and quiet, which is certainly a bonus. Apartment certainly does not look like it was built in 1984. It has been very well maintained. I believe I made a good choice.

El lugar está bonito la verdad es amplio pero lo malo es que si cobran de más de lo que dice el contrato cada mes es algo diferente y a la hora del contrato eso no estaba aclaracido. Pero sii el personal es muy eficiente

This apartment complex is associated with Matador towing company and they wrongfully tow vehicles! My car was registered and parked where there were no signs or print on concrete stating “resident only” ive emailed and called and haven’t been able to communicate with anyone about getting a refund! Upon research i realized this is a pattern for the apartment complex and the towing company! Your visitors cars WILL be towed wrongfully if you lease here!

Great community and location very easy access to highways and near by stores and parks. Friendly staff and maintenance is quick for any repairs. I just disagree on gym hours are open only during business hours and not after. We are also paying a Valet Trash fee which I can throw away my own trash and not be charged a fee.

New resident to the community. Very straightforward and very responsive office staff. I was very impressed with the ease of applying, filling out documents and paying my deposit online. My 2nd floor unit was very clean, black appliances, built in microwave, undated kitchen decor, vaulted tall ceilings in the living/bedroom and surprising skylights in the bathroom and kitchen that leads to a glass roof. Hard to describe.. Wasn't expecting that! Similar to Tesla or the 2005-2010 Nissan Maxima's that have the built-in Skyview glass roofs. So far I'm 100% shockingly satisfied with my unit. And, NO I don't work for the community or management company. This is a real review from a person that needed a new place ASAP!

Great apartment location, everything is local. Everyone in the office is so helpful,maintenance is always quick to solving our issues. A Great Place to Reside, raise kids. The Administration is Awesome at what to do for the Residents. It’s a quiet Complex also. This Apartment Administration tries very hard to please their Tenants. Just hope that the Price factor could be a little cheaper.

I will mention the rare things that contributed to Montoro a better living environment than most. Neighbors are mindful of paying attention to their own selves and not focused on anyone else's business. Being overly neighborly. Extremely safe. I live for the dog park and car wash. The car was has been so convenient beyond measure. The staff in the beginning are reasonable with accommodations when needed

Staff is super helpful. Best apartments I’ve lived at, they really care for residents. The community here is amazing, so many events for the residents.
Moving into my new apartment at Montoro has been an exciting and refreshing experience. The moment I stepped into the place, I was struck by how spacious and bright it felt. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
It has been good so far the community it quite and quite vast. Also the amenities are very nice. The apartment itself is nice and the price is reasonable. I look forward to my first year here
Good services Good communication Room & Cleanness 9/10 Facilities 9/10 I have a great experience with a good touring apartment when I went in to see the Apartment. Good explaining about the room’s type. Good service mind and nice place to stay.
El mantenimiento no es el adecuado no cumple con las especificaciones las puertas no cierran bien, algunos switch de electricidad no funcionan , la trituradora no funciona y la administración no presta atención a esos detalles
