This community is well located in a best school zone of Katy ISD. Most of the grocery stores and other stores like walmart, best buy, kohls etc are in close proximity.

Very good community and staff. Still some items to work on like the frequency the pool is closed for maintenance and that there are vehicles parked that are broken down or have very old inspection stickers.

The rent climbs, the pool finally got opened 2 weeks before school starts back up, the theater room is only opened when must of us are at work, the gate doesn't work as well as it used to, and it's beginning to feel a little run down here. The management on premise are great though, and the neighbors are relatively nice.

I had a great experience during my first year at Montage at Cinco Ranch, but unfortunately, the second year has been disappointing. The pool has been closed for over two months (May–July 2025), right during the hottest time of the year. Community events have also declined significantly—aside from a small kids’ event at Easter, there was nothing for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, or even the 4th of July. Noise from new neighbors has become a problem, and it took a long time before management responded. On a positive note, the maintenance team is excellent—quick, professional, and friendly. Just be aware that rent increases every year, even when many units (15–26) are sitting empty.

While my living experience in the community has been great, I see that the rentals are quiet high compared to other communities in the area. Also, there is no flexibility in terms of discounts/waive off on transfer charges if we need to transfer from one unit to the other before the contract ends.

Tengo 6 anos viviendo aqui y siempre he tenido muy buenas experiencias, el personal de la oficina siempre ha sido muy amable y deligente. solo que tienen mucho tiempo que no lavan los edificios, como las escaleras techos y pisos, hay personas que sacan la bolsa de basura sin sus canastos, y los pisos se ensucian. Ademas eso ayuda para alejar los inceptos.

We’ve been living at Montage at Cinco Ranch for a while now and absolutely love it! The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The management and maintenance teams are friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any requests. One of the biggest advantages is the location — it’s in a great area with access to some of the best schools in Katy. Perfect for families! The pool area is beautiful and very relaxing — definitely one of our favorite spots during the summer. Overall, we’re very happy living here and would highly recommend Montage at Cinco Ranch to anyone looking for a safe and welcoming place to call home.

Too much follow up on every step. Basic enquiry takes longer time than expected. The tenants would require clear communication while dealing with rentals and that was found missing. In general the maintenance and upkeep is good.

We have been living in the community for several months and the service from the Montage team is great. If a repair was needed, it was taken care of very quickly. Any question or need was promptly responded or assisted by the team at the frontdesk. They work very hard to help. This makes our living experience more comfortable. Good size for a 1 bedroom. Lots of storage space. It's really nice to have them company pick up your trash. The people that work here are really nice

My kids love the amenities and the location is great for my kids schools. Been here for 8 years and it is dog friendly and the staff are so nice. Not often but the events are good.

The community is nice, quiet, and alot of children. Downside is that parents don’t watch their children so there are some annoying occurrences every now and again but not often. The community is well kept. All amenities are not available 24hr a day which sucks because I cannot get off of work and do what I would like to do. The gym is outdated but it’s operable.

My experience here over the last 4 years has been excellent. The staff, from manager, front office, apartment maintenance and to property maintenance are very professional and on top of things at all times. It feels like home.

Montage apartments are a great option in the Cinco Ranch area to live either for a small family or single persons. The service is great, the facilities are well maintained. Game room, gym, common areas make the place ideal for living.

A very wonderful and safe place, it has everything you need and more, and the management is professional, excellent and wonderful, and the employees are very respectful and professional with the residents and their response is quick despite their busyness, but they are always up to your expectations, and they have great experience.

Todo me parece muy bien, en la parte de la piscina falta habilitar todos los asadores ya que solo sirve uno y esto hace que algunas personas debamos esperar mientras otros hacen su comida, cuando llegó en la noche e vistos individuos que están como escondidos esperando que abran la puerta para ellos entrar y no parecen residentes, de resto todo es muy tranquilo, las áreas recreativas están bien cuidadas, el área de ejercicios se mantiene limpio, así mismo el resto de las instalaciones, de mi parte recomiendo este condominio para vivir...

I have lived here at Montage for 11 years now and I love my apartment. The office staff and Brandy, the Manager, are WONDERFUL !!! The maintenance staff is great !!! The only issue I have is the noise. I am sandwiched between two units and I am subjected to noise from everywhere !!! Thankfully, the management has been trying to work on solutions for this issue.

I loved this community. It is close to big grocery stores like Kroger, HEB etc.. Also have almost all shope like walmart, best buy Kohl close to it.

This is a great option to live in Cinco Ranch area. The privacy and facilities are nice and very well maintained. You can feel safe when you are walking in the interior trails and the recreation area has a family feeling that makes you feel comfortable.

I have lived at Montage Cinco Ranch apartments for 10 years and that qualifies me to say these apartments are second to none and really nice. The maintenance needs are addressed immediately. The management team tries hard to make this a nice complex. It is quiet and I feel safe here. I would not hesitate to move here again if I had to make that choice again.

I have been living here for about three years now and I can honestly say it is one of the best places I have lived so far. Love the trails and scenery around here and it's generally safe. Nice suburban living. I made the best decision moving in here.
