They are professionally designed to help you turn a house into a luxury home, while being close to many go-to places for adventurous urbanites. Brookfield Properties is committed to transparent pricing. All-in price includes base rent and required monthly fees based on default selections. Optional and usage-based fees are not included. If it weren’t for the lack of response when we DO have an issue and the lack of communication overall, we’d be very happy residents. But these issues are causing us to consider not renewing our lease in January.

Overall I really enjoy living here. My only major complaint is that it feels like more often the amenities (pool, gym, etc) are getting closed off for repairs frequently and with short notice. It’s quite frustrating when this happens since part of why I chose this community is for these amenities, and use of these amenities is included in my rent.

The interior of the units are quite nice. However, it doesn’t really make up for the very loud and inconsiderate residents, dozens of untrained and highly aggressive dogs, the total lack of security or response from the night patrol, or the fact that the gates have been broken for more than a year and just permanently open - which has contributed to multiple car thefts from the parking lot. The maintenance team is great, but the office staff are definitely not helpful or interested in helping to address any issues.

It’s unfortunate that the landscapers come at 7am during the week and on weekends. The front desk office is not always the nicest. Maintenance is usually pretty good but sometimes they’ll start to fix something and then forget about it and not finish. And I wish our bathtub didn’t creak all the time, not sure what could be done about that but it’s been like that since we moved in.

The place is falling apart, appliances are semi-functional, the apartment often smells from backed-up sinks and the dishwasher - yet they continue to increase rents. Otherwise, friendly staff and a nice quiet community.

I recently moved in , so far living here has been great , the transition with new management has been amazing! Esmeralda has made sure to address my issues and handle them amazingly, it’s a great community and the neighbors are friendly.

I don’t think I will be renewing my lease. The complex has added a carport fee (which our parking spots use to be free) and enforced a community smoking ban (tobacco and other) mid lease. And because it is a “community change” it isn’t a required signed lease addendum, current residents are forced to comply without moving out and facing consequences. It is clear that the “new owners” are California base. I don’t think they realize that this is NEVADA. Maintaince request take significantly longer than usual and the office staff aren’t very helpful to current residents. They (meaning the new owners because the current staff and “manager” don’t know anything) charge current residents more to renew lease THAN future residents to start a new lease. And that rent is not cheap when you add in all the extra “fees” I don’t recommend this property any more. It use to be amazing. It use to care about its current resident. But now it only cares about flipping units and making the most $$$.

Here is a good place to live. I’m living here for 4 months and I’m satisfied . I guess could have a playground for kids. The manager is attentive and very approachable. She is always ready to help.

Monaco Park is excellent for its location, management and maintenance team there may be a difference in your choosing apartment living and home ownership but for me this complex is the complete package. Review from twenty years long resident. Give Monaco Park a try, you’ll love it! The property is spacious and well maintained. There is a park just across the premise, your view will never be blocked by buildings or commercial estates. When you tour the property, notice that there are only 4 units in each lot. My two neighbors in the other two units have been in their apartments as long as me. I am a retiree, I don’t want to deal with fixing and mending, their maintenant crew is fast, professional and efficient.

I am a fairly new resident, and I am truly impressed with the professionalism of the Monaco Park staff. Every time I’ve gone into the office they have been welcoming and always willing to help. I love my apartment, I love the pool and the gym. They have package lockers so you never have to wait for your packages. The manager has been amazing with everything, oh and gets food trucks at the office at night so we can stop and grab dinner on the way home from work! The maintenance guys have been great and Im just happy as can be!

Monaco parks apartments are nicely located and good floor plans however they flip these units fast and do unsatisfactory mantience work. So word of advice do a walk through prior to getting keys or it can take months to get the work completed.

Great location, great view, well maintained with excellent staff lead by Team leader Dee and efficient maintenant staffs like Tony, Paul and others. If you don’t like to walk a long way from your parking space through long hallways and go up the elevator, this property will fit your lifestyle. All the amenities are close by.
Karen and Suzy were amazing to me, I went in for an inquiry and both were really knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I had! Truly made the tour an amazing experience.
I have lived here for 5 years and continue to love my home. Maintenance and office are amazing to deal with on every level.
