While I will be renewing my lease when the time comes, I will be doing so because moving is too much of a hassle and too expensive. I've been here 7 years, and my living experience has gone steadily downhill. I do still like my apartment itself and the location is convenient, but so much else has become less desirable. The new property and building access app is wonky and inconvenient. I purchased a fob that rarely works as it should and the visitor access system never works. One of the garage elevators is out more than it works and one of the building access doors from the garage is always broken. The lap pool is always full of leaves. The new package room that replaced the Amazon hub is inconvenient and not accessible 24/7 as we were told it would be. Accessibility for mobility impaired to the package room is also problematic.

This has been the best experience I had when it comes to moving in. Management (especially Scarlett) was fantastic. She helped me with any questions I had, and she made sure any issues with the apartment was fixed before I moved in. The complex is I a great location too.

I have call Monaco at Main Apartments my home for sometime. Nothing beats the location of this complex, specially if your work is at the Med Center. The Managing and Maintenance teams are the best there is. The work they put day in and day out is worldclass. If you are active and enjoy staying fit the fitness center is the best added value to Monaco.

Community maintained very well. So far move-in experience has been excellent and leasing staff Regina has shown wonderful attention to detail to help us. Will update reviews after a few weeks.
I just renewed my lease for an additional year. Love the location across the street from Target, walkable to NRG, and close to med center. Property is completely gated and feels very safe. Never any noise issues from inside neighbors (street noise can be an issue but that’s city living!). Work orders are responded to very promptly and the staff is very pleasant, and I’ve never had any issues with pests. I recommend this complex to others!

I have called Monaco at Main my home for over 7 years. Location, location...location! Right now we are so lucky to have the BEST team managing the property and the maintenance team is world class! The fitness center is still the biggest draw to stay here. My suggestions: Make the property better dog friendly and a bit of an equipment overhaul, maintenance and improve to our fitness center. I love living here...not going anywhere.

I HATE the new app to enter into doors/gates/etc. It’s not user friendly and I can no longer have doordash/ubereats/Instacart delivered. I even had to let fedex in one day, and I see the mailmen waiting at the gate as well. If your phone dies, is stolen, or just inoperable, good luck getting into the apartment you pay rent for. Keeping out mischief is one thing, but your own residents? Wild. The irony is, my license plate was stolen from the garage around the same time this “fabulous” security app went online. Great. Bring back the key fob. The units need updating and the complex as a whole needs a deep clean. Maintenance used to be fairly quick, but I’ve had some recent work orders put in that still haven’t been completed (placed 12/26 for reference), I’m letting the holiday closures serve as an excuse for now. We are now on our 3rd property manager since I moved in in 2023. Hopefully this new one will figure out how I can get my food delivery services and packages again.

Excellent management and maintenance team. Responds promptly to tenants needs amd concerns. Upgrades facilities and amenities for tenants’ convenience like the recently installed digital electronic access control and security system.

Really like the upgraded gate system. I love how much this apartment complex focuses on continuous improvements throughout. Communication on upgrades are also helpful and give plenty of notice ahead of time.

I used to like living here but things have gone downhill very fast. The new app-based access system is buggy and complicated to use. It prevents access to my unit. Elevators frequently break and go unfixed for months. Locks on gates to pool make it inaccessible. Nobody cares. The property manager, Patrick, is never onsite, at most for a few hours a week on Wednesdays.

The leasing office staff has been very helpful and prompt in responses. The grounds appeared maintained. Safety and comfort seem to be important. I had an unforeseen plumbing issue and it was fixed swiftly. It’s been a good experience so far.

Living here has been great I love my home, the pool is nice, great amenities and location! the trash in the hallways/ parking garage is kind of gross sometimes though and security could be better- my hubcaps were stolen in the parking garage.

Monaco at Main is a great community. My family and friends are constantly being encouraged to come by to see what is offered. This apartment complex has a family type atmosphere. The personnel are awesome individuals. The apartments are well prepared before move in is approved which is a big plus.

I love this apartment. It’s always clean everywhere and wonderful leasing office team. And maintenance people are working hard and when I request maintenance they come and fix right away. It’s great job. Thank you Monaco at main!!!

Community needs more events to get to know neighbors. More Happy Hours. Also the elevators #3 is always down. Other than that it's a decent community.

I've had an excellent experience living at Monaco at Main. The management team is incredibly friendly, professional, and very responsive. From the start, the complex made a great impression—everything was clean, including the pools and the gym, which were presentable. Needless to say, setting up a tour was easy! The application process was smooth and easy, with no stress, thanks to management's prompt and clear communication in addressing any questions I had. My unit was spotless when I moved in, with no signs of pests, and the hallways are mostly tidy. Trash is collected promptly, just as promised. One thing I really appreciated was the positive office environment. It was clear that everyone was engaged and knowledgeable, which was a refreshing change from my previous management experience. So far, everything has been great, and I have had nothing but positive experiences here. I would definitely recommend Monaco at Main to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Very responsive and thorough. I didn't feel rushed and Brook was beyond helpful. Where some other places would push you long, Brook took the time to answer all questions and brainstorm solutions to our unique situation. Can't recommend enough.

overall a great place to live. really good locationa dn staff are nice/ smart. there are things here and there that could improved like the cleanliness of the halls and a few of the amenities are not working.

I’ve been at Monaco for 3 months and am so happy here I plan to stay even after the 1st year is up because I can’t imagine finding a better place. There is always plenty of parking, it’s clean and quiet, and no bugs.

I had a list of apartments to tour when moving to houston and monaco at main was not one of them, because it was near one of my apartments that I had on my list I decided to check it out anyways, Brook was very welcoming and helpful in setting up a tour for me to visit the unit that ended up being the unit I chose to stay in. I love the homey-resort feel of the hallways and my apartment. A lot of apartment these days feel like an apartment and are low quality. I feel like I am in a home that is sturdy. Since moving in I have had little to no complaints and plan to renew my lease.
