About Metroview Condominiums
Metroview is a condominium community in a great location of Metairie. Located on Houma Boulevard, Metroview is surrounded by many medical offices and East Jeff Hospital, making it one of the only rental communities in the immediate area. Though a condo community, Patrician Management has several different condo floor plans available for rent. There is limited availability, as all condos are completely renovated and it is hard to find anything with the same quality of finishes at such a great rental price. Metroview is a gated community. All condos have one (1) reserved parking space. All condos have an LG Combo washer/dryer in the rental. You have to see Metroview to understand what makes it such a great place to live.
