Locally owned and family operated for 35+ years, you'll be in great hands with our amazing on-site leasing staff and maintenance team. We're also supported by a 24-hour emergency maintenance service and nightly courtesy patrols. Controlled access parking is available, and each building has an intercom for secured entry. Moments away you can enjoy the shopping and dining of Northgate Mall and Plaza, learn to ice skate and play hockey or watch the Kraken's do it at the Kraken Community Iceplex, get your check-ups done at Northwest Hospital, or even take some classes at North Seattle College.
