Been here for a year and a half and so far it’s been great! Previous property manager was amazing compared to the previous apartments I’ve lived in. New property manager started not too long ago, so not much to go off of, but has been nice and accommodating on a recent request. Front office is friendly and welcoming and maintenance staff is helpful, kind, and prompt. Looking forward to continue living here!

Amenities are pretty new, clean and well maintained. Access to property is easy with key fabs and gate codes. Office personnel as are very nice and helpful (eager to assist and follow-up). Location! Location! Location! Very nice being close to downtown where I work, while also being near/adjacent to different park & trail spaces. Building and hallways also clean and smell good. This is my favorite apartment I've ever had. I love my big windows, balcony view, closet space and hardwood floors. I just wish it wasn't so expensive.

We love living here! Just renewed our lease for another 15 months! In a nice spot with access to all kinds of restaurants and bars. The employees here are all kind and amazing. Can’t wait for summer days at the pool!

I have lived here for around two years now. I have even transfered units and the leasing office really helped me out in my situation and moved so quickly to get me set up in a new place. The units are so clean and fresh when you move in. Maintanence is quick and also very kind to have conversations with. No issues living here and happy to be staying.

We absolutely love living at memorial hills. Prior to this apartment, we had never resigned a lease to stay at any apartment we lived at before but I resigning at memorial hills was a no brainer. We love our space, location, and the amenities.

I was diagnosed with CIRS a few months ago, and finding a clean, well maintained home to live without prior water damage has been a challenge. The air quality in the building is amazing and the dehumidifier below the HVAC in each unit is brilliant. I will be posting Memorial Hills as the best option I could find in Houston for meeting the needs of mold sensitive CIRS patients across the support groups I participate in. Memorial Hills is a hidden gem ?? the CIRS community is about to get aquatinted with.

It’s great here. It’s peaceful and quiet and the location is amazing. The complex is clean and the amenities well taken care of. Renewing my lease was a no brainer.

So far I have no complaints. I've only been here three weeks and hope my initial experience continues throughout my time here. Neighbors are friendly. Apartment is quiet and serene. Staff has been extremely accommodating.

Very nice. Liked the view from the 6th floor balcony and the staff is very helpful. Coffee lounge and the pool side area are the best to spend time.

Awesome! I love the amenities offered here. It is in a great area with so much around. It is owned by a large corporate company which then reflects in their staffing - lots of turnover.

Absolutely incredible building with a fantastic location and lovely community. I appreciate how quickly the apartment staff responds to issues and how they have navigated updates during crazy events (e.g. hurricanes and tornados)

With the recent hurricane and subsequently the power outages; the water supply situation is abominable. It is absurd that we pay this much money to live here for the “luxury amenities” but the moment we lose power we also lose water and somehow you can’t provide a backup generator? So far this complex seems to be the only place charging luxury prices while leaving their tenants stranded with not a plan B in sight. Do better.

Memorial Hills have been a positive living experience overall. Fantastic location in Houston, close to almost every major road or freeway, close to so many shops and restaurants. The best part is close to so much beautiful outdoor activities right outside the front door. Lots of floor plan options that can fit any lifestyle and practical amenities.
