I love the complex been here for 3 years, the maintenance team is fast and efficient , the new front desk team Ty, Katrina, and Brittany are customer service driven and are always willing to help with whatever you may need .
Great maintenance service, location and community. Really a great place for students or working people. It is safe for families as well. Definitely recommend it!
Ty was great during the leasing process. Move in was super simple and I love the unit. So far the community has been great. The pool and fitness center are excellent as well.

Great move in experience. I enjoyed how easy the process was. I did expect moving into the city noise levels to be higher. Nice pool packed often. Gym is very nice. Parking arrangements not so great/ especially if you have company that’s handicap, not so okay with the fact of tow trucks continuously driving in the apartments day and night.
If there's a problem the staff find a way to fix they always put your concerns first priority and the solutions are in your best interests and after it's tak care of they check back with you to see if your issues or concerns where solved. The office staff always meet you with a smile great vibes from the staff.
Such an amazing office staff and beautiful property. Maintenance was also amazing and very efficient. Nice property office staff is very helpful overnight security is definitely a plus .
The apartment complex has a good look from the outside and has well maintained amenities. The apartment units are well maintained and give a homely feeling. However there is a parking issue with slots being taken up by non -residents or visitors. Many times residents itself do not get parking space and are left to park outside the complex which is unfair. Our apartment was broken in the afternoon time and the complex does not have security camera's around. The management is sometimes helpful, however when an unfortunate event happened, we could not get the help we needed with respect to security. The front gate is almost always open and does not have any security guard in the front to monitor who comes in and out.

Mostly good experience here. The staff is friendly and usually helpful, maintenance has always been on time and solves issues. Been happy with the amenities and the apartment itself. Only issues have been crime in the area and smoking from neighbors. Please put cameras in the parking lot.

Maintenance is great. Taylor is awesome and goes out of her way to make you feel at home. In the past year, they have improved enough to be a 5-star for the price point. I feel is a safe community and is convenient if you work at the Med Center.
Never have had a bad experience. There's always good vibes from everyone. Everything is done in a timely manner and checked later to see how was the requested completed and if we're satisfied with the job done.
It takes multiple times to get an issue rectified. But overall they are great. The neighbors could be more considerate they are pretty loud and very unsanitary…they leave diapers and trash everywhere
Amenities are fine. Apartments aren’t too noisy. Could use better customer service from the office. The parking policies are ridiculous. I should not have to pay to park or walk far to my apartment for the monthly rate that I’m paying. Apartments are not that luxury for the Cost.

Just save yourself the trouble... Moved here towards the end of last year and after the first month or so I could not wait for my lease to be over. To start our apartment was not ready until a week after the date we had signed out lease for leaving me and my girlfriend having to pay to live somewhere else for a week. The office staff is very nice but nice does not solve problems. The gate is always broken so people just walk in and freely use the pool, security sucks here they literally hangout and smokes with the people they are supposed to be kicking out. They do not care about noise or safety, my girlfriend was too scared to even go out and walk the dog because there were literally people outside on the stairwells cracked out sleeping ( I am not joking I lived right next to the leasing office and their was a half way house with like 8 dude and 1 woman with her little daughter living there, and at times my girlfriend would leave to walk the dogs and there would be one of these guys cracked out on the stairs in front of our unit). Next maintenance is absolutely atrocious lmao. They actually lied about entering my unit then proceeded to call me and say they could not enter as the dogs were out(as I said I lived next to the leasing office so I actually went out on my balcony and watch them talk as I had called them out on the lie over the phone) , mind you I was sitting on the couch and the dogs were up because I had already had an issue with them simply just lying about completing work that was never done. It took them a literal month to come unclog my bathtub after I put in multiple requests from August to September. On one occasion I was locked out of my apartment and though we have 24hr lock out service, do not count on it. I was locked out for more then 6hours and at around 7am I watched the supposed on call come home appearing to be drunk with his buddies. I have had packages of great value stolen by the earlier mentioned crackheads or whatever they were and though there are plenty of cameras the property told me to ask my neighbors for their ring footage and proceeded to do absolutely nothing else I highly doubt there was even a incident report filed. Even currently, I have called them at least 20 times in the last week to discuss my statement as I have moved out (thank god lol) but no one ever answers the phone. The property is all in all NOT WORTH the money you pay.

The overall environment has changed tremendously in the past year. It used to be a bit more secure but since the income based changes took place it the environment got sketchy. My automobile was broken into and the complex just didn't feel safe anymore.
The maintenance man was very nice, prompt and professional. He handled my need immediately. He deserves a raise.
I've been living here 4 years and I would highly recommend living here. Katrina and Taylor are so awesome. They go above and beyond for the tenants. They act quick, are really sweet and always greet you with a smile. They even let me have a backpack drive to help less fortunate kids in foster care. The grounds are good. The neighbors are really friendly and I feel very safe here.

Management is so unorganized and Ms Dionne, the assistant manager is EXTREMELY disrespectful! I have to constantly explain my situation over and over again when another management person comes into the office. They do not keep detailed records and every time when I had a discount (free first month and military discount), they tried to retract it although in the lease it clearly states the discount! If you are a student I would not choose this place to live.
Very pleasant leasing office, great amenities, spacious floor plans and nice aesthetically (cabinets, windows, garden tub, etc.)! The only down side is the lack of parking.
Decent prices and close proximity to med center. Would not recommend if parking is worrisome to someone, especially it being a safety hazard. there could be more resident parking on one side of the complex (which is the side I live on)
The only issue that I had with this complex was the parking. They could just never seem to figure out a good solution to this problem.

The only short coming about living at Melia is the parking, especially for guests. I cannot think of a solution but it is hard for people to find parking etc.
I wouldn't recommend the property because they have strict requirements, ended up paying over 2,000 for the deposit but they didn't try to work with me with a deal that'll help me since I had to put so much down.
I would recommend this place to anyone without a shot of a doubt. This place is just awesome. I love it and I’m sure anyone I recovered would love it also.
The staff is always friendly and always get the job done in a timely manner. The maintenance guys are always courteous and leave my apartment as clean or cleaner than they found it.
The Melia is a great location if you are looking for something near the medical center. Great amenities, service and great value.
Everything is well-run and organized. Work orders are promptly attended to, and my questions never remain unanswered for long. Community is clean and safe.
I love the complex, and the office staff, but I was not please with the apartment when I moved in. Over all it is a nice complex, I love the amenities, the activities, etc. And most of the stuff has been fixed except the blinds and paint around the carpet. But it was not pleasant to have to deal with so much upon move in.
Staff was professional, kind, and courteous. Answered all concerns we had and addressed all problems we had seen on website reviews. They are clearly aware of what people are saying about the apartment complex and want to make it a better place to live. No place is perfect, but they are continuously looking to improve. That?s a level of ?going beyond? that I don?t think many apartments aspire to. Good work!

Parking for visitors is limited. Valet trash is not consistently picked up and there is no way to opt out.
Melia is a great place to live. It's quiet, well maintained, convenient to 288, 610, Medical Center and NRG. The staff, Courtney and Raquel, always greet me with a smile and are very helpful.
