You get what you pay for. This place is the model for upscale living in the valley. Excellent, quick repsonding Staff.
I love living at Maverick! Everything here is top notch! The staff are so friendly and helpful! The grounds are beautifully maintained! The amenities are excellent! I absolutely love living here! Best move I ever made!
Not sure why there are less than 5 stars for Maverick. The staff is extremely professional, engaging, and friendly. The luxurious amenities here are incredible, above and beyond resort-style living. It's more than just living here, it's a lifestyle and a community with remarkably friendly residents. The apartments are modern, clean, and upscale with attention to detail with various options. Prime location. Simply the BEST in Las Vegas!!
How do these individuals get hired? I mean, seriously these people are so rude and they don’t have good customer service. Not only are the employees rude (Jazzmin) but also the manager. I guess the Apple doesn’t fall fair from the tree.
They have been great from start to finish. A few bumps on the road, but expected since it's a brand new community. No new business is perfect at opening! Overall, they handled our concerns with urgency, always friendly, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Clearly the 1 star review prior to mine was someone we do not want in our thriving community. Thank you from a satisfied tenant!
the staff is verry rude. the give you a bed attuited they seams they don't want to actually help or get you do rent over there its start from the front door and and with the manager to. I do not recommend at all if its start from the first impression this is no good at all
