Property Ratings at Marquee Uptown & Carriage Square
The most quaint, unique and comfortable apartment I have ever lived in. It is so well kept and clean! The apartments are large and spacious. The pool looks like you live in a vacation hot spot. When you are here, you feel miles away from the city, when in fact you are in the middle of Uptown Houston and walking distance to the Galleria Mall. The staff is A-1 here. You always get what you need.
I’ve lived here for a year and have had a great experience! The landscaping is beautiful and maintenance is very responsive. The residents are respectful of one another and friendly.
I used to live at Marquee Uptown for about 5 years and loved every moment of it! Rachele, the property manager, is amazing at what she does! She is very knowledgeable, and she does an exceptional job at trying to take care of the residents and the property. Maintenance was always quick to respond to any of our maintenance issues. The property is very clean, and the landscaping is beautiful. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a beautiful, comfy, quiet place to live and it is in such a prime location, just walking distance from EVERYTHING. I have no regrets or complaints!

I lived here a year ago and always recommend it to people looking in uptown. Easy walk to the galleria, restaurants, and grocery. Impeccable, luxurious grounds. Quiet and comfortable even in the middle of a busy area. Rachele makes everyone feel like a VIP and treated me like family.
