The entire building has been renovated with granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, wood floors, sub way style bathrooms. The building is equip with free WiFi for residents, controlled entry access, picnic BBQ area, and a full sized washer and dryer on each floor. We offer off street parking for $75 a month when it is available. We allow one small pet under 40 lbs and pet fees apply. To apply you must attach a photo ID and be able to provide last two full month of paycheck stubs. Application is $40 per person over 18.
