I think the Mari’s apartments is a Great property! The property is very clean and well kept. I love the view from the rooftop and landscaping is kept very clean. The property itself is very secure which is a really big thing for me. My unit is very functional and has an open concept which I truly love.

I love my apartment but, It is a bit over priced for the size & parking is insane considering how damaged my car constantly gets. The staff is very hard to get in touch with & not very warm & welcoming. For the most part the hallways stay clean & well kept. The street noise level is very loud so my windows can’t stay open at night! My neighbors can be quiet for most part! I love the area and businesses around! The 1 bus stop next to us does drag in sketchy people occasionally but it’s Seattle so that’s expected!! Overall, I do love living here

The Maris staff is welcoming and appreciative of their new residents. My unit was in perfect condition upon my arrival. It is quiet (Fauntleroy side) and the window shades make the unit plenty dark at night. The finishes and colors are just like an upscale hotel. The neighbors are friendly and most have been here since opening 3 years ago. The building has excellent security.

Best apartment building for my needs. Prioritize safety and security to the residents. Amenities such as the apartment gym is conveniently down the hall. Rooftop lounge has the greatest views. There's designated office space to get my work or school assignments done. Noise level is moderate and not surprised after Fridays on the weekends so it does get busy. Thank you for all you have done to make my experience enjoyable!

Building is quiet and clean, packages are always secure and staff are friendly! Everything is walkable distance and very convenient! Being on the street side can be noisy with traffic off the West Seattle bridge but that is to be expected.

I really enjoy living at Maris! The management and facilities are great. The one downside is I wish there was a waitlist to get a second parking spot. Being limited to one car per household is challenging.

I really enjoyed living at the Maris! The staff is so nice and the building is always spotless, truly so clean! I loved the gym and the rooftop. The apartments are also very sound proof to the point that I couldn't hear my neighbor blast music early in the mornings. I only know he did because he asked me if it bothered me! It has pros and cons like any apartment. The front door often does not open with the key fob and the app to open the door remotely doesn't seem to work EVER but other than that usually pretty good

Honestly the best apartment building for my needs. Prioritize safety and security to the residents! Amenities such as the apartment gym is conveniently down the hall and that's a plus ! Rooftop lounge has gorgeous views and the office space to get my work or school assignments done are great ! Emergency Maintenance was great even I had to help out a gentleman in the lobby to whom lost his key to his apartment! Also Emergency Maintenance answered my call within five minutes especially on a holiday ! Noise level is moderate and not surprised after Fridays on the weekends it gets busy ! Thank you for all you have done to make my experience phenomenal !

Almost coming up on 2 years here and it’s still so very nice. I love the location and the bountiful opportunities to pet other people’s dogs, as this building is full of very friendly puppies!

Maris worked with us to find a home that fit our lifestyle and price range. We moved in quickly and Maris was a huge help! Our apartment is beautiful and located within walking distance of Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, LA Fitness, yoga studios and more. Parking is great!
Great location and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Secure community with clean common area and nice amenities. Not enough parking space for visitors and lack of ability to reserve common room makes it hard to use. Overall nice place.

Moving in to an apartment is always tough. This move was relatively easy with the help of Summer. She was wavered helpful and helped with every aspect. Im all moved in and I love it. The roof top access and the gym are a great bonus as well.

Apartment is very nice and location couldn’t be better. Love that I can walk to the grocery store and gym. Most of the workers are also super pleasant.
