      Amazing place and staff!

      Affordable and the staff is all amazing! They work with you and help you in anyways they possibly can. Best experience of living in an apartment complex I've ever had in all my years and will forever recommend this place with the amazing view and easy access to of course, Walmart:)

      Great Apartment, Great Complex! New complex. Needs to straighten some issues out.

      We’ve moved in unit in mid October of 2024, after going through an extensive background, income and credit check due to it being a tax credit complex. Moved into second phase of complex just north of Walmart parking lot. The wait to move in was longer than expected. Units weren’t ready and deemed ready to be occupied by city until 2 months after acceptance. We were the fourth residents to move into building. We have a one bedroom. It’s well designed and thought out. The high ceilings and big windows make it feel larger, roomier and bigger than what it actually is. Walls are well insulated and sound proofed and we do not hear neighbors voices, or their dogs barking. Central Ogden location is great. We are a stones throw from downtown Ogden and its restaurants, bars, museums and entertainment venues. Also 21st street location gives straight route to I15. Gym is well equipped! It has all the machines and free weights you need for a full workout. Right on the beautiful white water Ogden River and trail. My issues are a few resident dog owners let their dogs poop on grounds without picking up, and management doesn’t know how to handle that situation. Received shut off notice from Power Company even though we don’t pay electricity due to solar panels on buildings and carports. Management did not call or send out letters on confusion, we had to call them to clarify, and reconfirm. Parking is coming more scarce and limited due to more residents moving in and their guests. Bus garage across River. They can be loud in morning when preparing for routes. No issue when window is closed. Maintenance has to be on top of cleanliness of buildings and grounds like litter in parking lot, walkways and corridors etc. (It’s a clean complex and building. Most residents have respect for buildings, complex and it’s amenities). On site office management tends to be unprofessional at times, and I have experienced attitude sometimes when dealing with tenant complaints and issues on occasion. Other than that it’s a great beautiful community, great location and I have no regrets moving here.

      Best apartment I've ever had!

      Lotus Riverwalk is one of the best apartments I've ever lived in. It's location to Walmart and the river is amazing but the staff and interior of the apartments are absolutely superb! I've had the pleasure of interacting with Kaiya, Whitney, Kelly and Jessica in the front office and they are the nicest and most helpful women you'll ever meet! If you need a place, lotus riverwalk needs to be your first choice!
