I have been here for a few weeks and I am perfectly satisfied.

Great community and the leasing staff is very friendly! The apartment complex is well maintained and overall pretty clean. The only complaint I have so far is the water pressure in my shower is very weak. It’s only been a few weeks but I’m happy living here so far.

It is a good place to live with all the necessary facilities and amenities. The location is excellent with only 15 min drive to DC. The property has a fully functioning gym, an outdoor sit out area with bbq grill, a club room with full access and a conference room in case you want to work from there. The managers and staff are very efficient and put in their utmost effort making sure that the residents have a good experience. Both James and Abrar are always available and ready to help with whatever we need.

I have lived at the Loren since 2020. It is safe, clean, quiet, well maintained. The management is prompt to address concerns, and it is convenient to most of NOVA and DC shuttle to metro, close to shopping, at restaurants. Its a pet friendly environment.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Loren apartments. From the moment i moved in the management team has been responsive, friendly, and professional.

Living here has been a great experience. The location is incredibly convenient—close to everything I need, from grocery stores to restaurants and public transportation. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and family-friendly, which makes it feel like home. The property itself is always clean and well-maintained, with staff regularly ensuring that common areas and outdoor spaces look their best. One of the biggest highlights is the management team. They’re friendly, professional, and responsive whenever I have a question or need assistance. Whether it’s handling maintenance requests quickly or keeping residents informed, they go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. I appreciate how they genuinely care about the community and take the time to get to know the residents. Overall, I’m happy to call this place home and would definitely recommend it to others.

Great community, but can also work on the noises that are preventable on the first floor by purchasing shock resistance mats to absorb some of the noises that occur in the gym. It really impacts the tenants on the 1st floor, otherwise a great place to live.

Nice modern building in good neighborhood in Falls Church. The quality of finishes can be better though. For example the repaint job of doors was very poor when we moved in

Everything is pretty nice but people don’t clean up after their pets and there have been some security problems like with people sleeping in the lobby, letting non residents in and drug dealing in plain sight in the apartments and outside the townhomes.(I can see it from my apt terrace). The garage door was just fixed after 2 years of being broken and we were still getting charged throughout the process. The package room is a mess and they have no type of system to alert members when packages arrive so you have to go digging through days worth of boxes. On the nicer side maintenance is always super helpful and kind. Not sure if I would recommend this place, most definitely not if you have kids.

Mo was super helpful and full of great information when we were going through the process of moving here. The building is amazing and this is a place I can see myself in for quite some time.

Leasing staff is always professional and polite. And we love Mo! Maintenance also handle service tickets promptly, professionally with ease and keep the property well maintained. We love living here!

The community feels safe and welcoming, very clean and cozy units,the staff is incredibly friendly, The location is perfect, close to shops and public transportation, yet surprisingly quiet.

Living here has been such a great experience! The office staff are super friendly and always so helpful whenever I need something. They really make you feel welcome, which I appreciated a lot when I first moved in. The whole place has a really nice, inviting vibe. Plus, the parking is super convenient—there’s always a spot close by, so I never have to stress about that. I’m really happy I chose this place

I love this Botique Apartment style living. Clean, friendly and quite neighborhood. Loren is a great play to lay your head if your single, family, with a partner or furbaby. Loren is for you.

Not too happy so far and I’m trying my best to be patient and positive. My fiance and I moved here a few days ago and I’m already having mixed feelings about choosing here, truly. We had a pretty smooth move in for the most part and the neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. I don’t like the lack of communication experienced so far i.e. the leasing office hasn’t replied back to a single email since we applied- you have to call them. The walls are SUPER THIN and I can hear our neighbor’s conversations clearly, verbatim daily. I don’t think your preferences actually make a difference after you tour— more of a protocol, conversation piece at best. We are in an ADA apartment and had no clue about this (wasn’t on the floor plan site and no one mentioned this when we applied for this unit), but we are making the best of it. I’m extremely sensitive to noise and know this is going to be a VERY long 14 months unless we break our lease, which I’m already strongly considering, unfortunately.

I’ve lived here for two years now. Everyone in the leasing office is helpful and friendly. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly. Overall, I’ve loved living here.

Hello I moved to the Loren and really enjoy the building. There's a great population of people that live here, and the building is very well kept. The apartments are spacious with nice updates and finishes. There's a great gym, a nice business center, and wonderful areas to mingle with other residents. Wine Down are a great way to meet your neighbors! The shuttle that takes residents to and from the metro is wonderful. It makes a work commute nearly nonexistent. There is always space in the garage and maintenance responds quickly to requests. The icing on the cake is that you are located right in the middle of everything. You're close to DC, Clarendon,va , silver spring,Md and Alexandria,va Lots of shopping and food options right down the street. Would definitely recommend!

Nice building but has a couple issues: smelly hallways, small pool, non private club house, messy mail room. Also ac system on the walls are noisy

It is a good place to live. The building offers a nice club room with a spacious gym which makes you want to visit it frequently. The property is located very close to several grocery shops and restaurants which makes it an ideal place to live.

The amenities and services are top knotch. I moved here in May and management has already changed for the better. Shout out to Moe (assistant manager) who Lastly, I cannot say enough positive things about the maintenance staff. The gentleman that assistants with maintenance requests is timely accurate, and is willing to help in a pinch.

Really great management and staff. The other residents are also so kind. A lady even helped me move my giant package (it was my entire bed lol) all the way to my doorstep from the mail room. The sweetest!

The Loren is a community unlike any other! Whenever I tell other Virginians I live there, they all say they want to as well!! The amenities are beautiful, but the customer service (Bea the assistant manager) is the main reason I felt so confident in signing here.

I have been living at the Loren for almost a year now. It's extremely quiet, management has good communication, and the apartments/amenities are great. I am very pleased.

I was sold on the Loren from the great tour with Paul, the assistant property manager. He showed me what it would be like to live at this property and showed me a lovely unit that would suit my needs perfectly. My top requirements include security, low-rise living, and noise reducing walls. The Loren offers all of these things and more. Everyone Ive encountered seems friendly and approachable.

I’ve been living here since January and with every month it keeps getting better and better. Kristen (manager) is amazing and is always available whenever I need assistance. The amenities are beyond my expectations and am so glad I picked the Loren as my home. The location has everything you could need and is so convenient.

I downsized a year ago and moved closer to work. I love the Loren - clean, quiet, courteous management, and in a secure environment. Great kitchen, spacious cabinets and enough counter tops to actually prepare meals. I particularly love that each unit has its own laundry, and that the gym is open 24x7 by key fob.

I just moved into the Loren and have had all positive experiences. The staff is very welcoming and help out every way they can. The property now has several businesses that just make living there even better. Looking forward to the next year and possibly more.

I have lived at Loren for just over two years now and have really enjoyed my time here. The apartments are nice and well-priced for the area. The staff is great - Kristen and Veronica are both very friendly and helpful, and maintenance is awesome as well. The proximity to the city is great and there are several restaurants and shops nearby. Also worth noting they have taken COVID seriously and done a good job enforcing social distancing and sanitary practices.
