great location for me, work close by, quick responses to maintenance issues since moving in. The trash situation is frustrating. The bin drop is frequently broken, and then trash room is overflowing and smells badly. The package room is disorganized. Unless the amazon locker system is used, it can take a good amount of time to locate your package if it is there. There should be a better system. Wish had known my view to the outside would be of dumpsters.

I love this community and everyone in this building is so nice! The maintenance team are very fast and the leasing office are very helpful! Many events in this building!

The apartment building is new and clean. I feel very safe living here and the attached parking garages make my life so much easier. I wish there were more amenities as the business center always seems to be taken up though.

Loren is a great place to call home. Quiet, safe, clean community with great service. Convenient with regular shuttle to the metro, onsite gym, outdoor gathering/relaxation space, two great places to grab lunch or dinner and to enjoy a beer on tap on site. Secured underground parking, pet friendly, and options from studio to 3 bedroom units. Pool table, wifi, and gathering space in the lobby including computers and tv. On the rare times a repair is needed, the staff are great - fast, clean, and quality work. Units are wired for Cox so installation is easy. I love that it is a non-smoking building, with residents of all ages from diverse backgrounds. Onsite managers are always helpful.

My rental experience for the past two years have been great here. Other than the occasional noises from above tenants, the employees here are amazing and very accommodating. Thank you everyone!

The loren has been great, kind and quick staff and overall a great place to live! We have resigned with hem twice, they have good amenities, the only thing I have a gripe with is how outdated the fitness room is! We can't wait for another year year!

I watched the Loren being built and decided when I downsized to move in since it is close to my work. I've been here a few years now and enjoy that it is well maintained, secure, and comfortable. Staff are professional, friendly and responsive. It's a pet friendly community and the common areas are well maintained. Onsite there are two (and soon to be 3) restaurants and plenty of things in walking distance. B.C.

The community at the apartment is welcoming as well as management. The garage has been broken for months and led to car robberies and the packages get stolen from the mail room.

Paper thin walls, the garage door never works, the car is broken into, people pretending to be cleaning crews to try to get into apartments, and missing packages. Unfortunately, I am not able to recommend these apartments to friends and family. Other than that, friendly and helpful staff.

Great community and the leasing staff is very friendly! The apartment complex is well maintained and overall pretty clean. The only complaint I have so far is the water pressure in my shower is very weak. It’s only been a few weeks but I’m happy living here so far.

It is a good place to live with all the necessary facilities and amenities. The location is excellent with only 15 min drive to DC. The property has a fully functioning gym, an outdoor sit out area with bbq grill, a club room with full access and a conference room in case you want to work from there. The managers and staff are very efficient and put in their utmost effort making sure that the residents have a good experience. Both James and Abrar are always available and ready to help with whatever we need.

I have lived at the Loren since 2020. It is safe, clean, quiet, well maintained. The management is prompt to address concerns, and it is convenient to most of NOVA and DC shuttle to metro, close to shopping, at restaurants. Its a pet friendly environment.

Living here has been a great experience. The location is incredibly convenient—close to everything I need, from grocery stores to restaurants and public transportation. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and family-friendly, which makes it feel like home. Great community, but can also work on the noises that are preventable on the first floor by purchasing shock resistance mats to absorb some of the noises that occur in the gym. It really impacts the tenants on the 1st floor, otherwise a great place to live.

Nice modern building in good neighborhood in Falls Church. The quality of finishes can be better though. For example the repaint job of doors was very poor when we moved in

Everything is pretty nice but people don’t clean up after their pets and there have been some security problems like with people sleeping in the lobby, letting non residents in and drug dealing in plain sight in the apartments and outside the townhomes.(I can see it from my apt terrace). The garage door was just fixed after 2 years of being broken and we were still getting charged throughout the process. The package room is a mess and they have no type of system to alert members when packages arrive so you have to go digging through days worth of boxes. On the nicer side maintenance is always super helpful and kind. Not sure if I would recommend this place, most definitely not if you have kids.

Living here has been such a great experience! The office staff are super friendly and always so helpful whenever I need something. Not too happy so far and I’m trying my best to be patient and positive. My fiance and I moved here a few days ago and I’m already having mixed feelings about choosing here, truly. We had a pretty smooth move in for the most part and the neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. I don’t like the lack of communication experienced so far i.e. the leasing office hasn’t replied back to a single email since we applied- you have to call them. The walls are SUPER THIN and I can hear our neighbor’s conversations clearly, verbatim daily. I don’t think your preferences actually make a difference after you tour— more of a protocol, conversation piece at best. We are in an ADA apartment and had no clue about this (wasn’t on the floor plan site and no one mentioned this when we applied for this unit), but we are making the best of it. I’m extremely sensitive to noise and know this is going to be a VERY long 14 months unless we break our lease, which I’m already strongly considering, unfortunately.

I’ve lived here for two years now. Everyone in the leasing office is helpful and friendly. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly. Overall, I’ve loved living here.

Hello I moved to the Loren and really enjoy the building. There's a great population of people that live here, and the building is very well kept. The apartments are spacious with nice updates and finishes. There's a great gym, a nice business center, and wonderful areas to mingle with other residents. Wine Down are a great way to meet your neighbors! The shuttle that takes residents to and from the metro is wonderful. It makes a work commute nearly nonexistent. There is always space in the garage and maintenance responds quickly to requests. The icing on the cake is that you are located right in the middle of everything. You're close to DC, Clarendon,va , silver spring,Md and Alexandria,va Lots of shopping and food options right down the street. Would definitely recommend!

Nice building but has a couple issues: smelly hallways, small pool, non private club house, messy mail room. Also ac system on the walls are noisy

It is a good place to live. The building offers a nice club room with a spacious gym which makes you want to visit it frequently. The property is located very close to several grocery shops and restaurants which makes it an ideal place to live.

The amenities and services are top knotch. I moved here in May and management has already changed for the better. Shout out to Moe (assistant manager) who Lastly, I cannot say enough positive things about the maintenance staff. The gentleman that assistants with maintenance requests is timely accurate, and is willing to help in a pinch.
