      ABSOLUTELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE & DECEPTIVE

      When I viewed the property I told them specifically which unit I was interested in. They showed me a different unit stating the unit I wanted was unavailable to view at that time. I loved the unit they showed so I started the process to apply/move it. That’s when it all went left. It took 6 days to get “approved” and through out the process I worked with Alexis. SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! She never replied to any email I sent. I would have to call to get her on the phone. When I finally contacted her and asked for updates, she would state that she emailed things but when asked if she used to phone number the answer was always, “No”. Promised a call back on Friday and had to call her at 515pm and they close at 6p. She scheduled an appointment for me to view the actual unit. When I showed up, she wasn’t there and hadn’t notified anyone that I would be coming. When I finally saw the actual unit it was NOTHING like what they originally showed me. Completely unrevovated. No where are there pics of these units that aren’t renovated and NOT ONCE was I told that the unit I was renting looked nothing like the one I was shown. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DECEPTIVE! When I went to the office to get my refund, the property manager didn’t even come out of the back to say sorry or provide an explanation. They also are violating HIPPA laws by asking people the nature of their disability. Guess the only good thing is they are returning my $300 Admin fee and the last lady I worked with was extremely helpful, pleasant and understanding. I urned down $500 off move in fees and 1 month of free rent. That should say all you need to know. DONT BE TRICKED BY THIS PROPERTY!

      Just moved in… well minus my furniture deliveries ?? Office staff have been great throughout the move-in process. Neighbors are kind and courteous when walking their dogs near my kids. Everyone seems friendly. Nice place to call home!

      avoid at all costs !!!! over priced & horrible management. upon moving into my newly renovated apartment there were areas not sealed, my cats hid behind the counters that had nails sticking out... took maintenance almost a week to come repair and turn my water on, since my apartment clearly wasn’t finished. there were nails everywhere on the carpets and it definitely wasn’t cleaned since it was renovated. i was under the impression i was getting a balcony, which i didn’t receive either which was disappointing. hallways and parking garage are so dirty, ruined so many expensive pairs of shoes from walking to my car to inside my apartment. AC broke mid summer after 3 weeks of living here. maintenance kept fixing it and blaming me. i was only taken seriously when i said it’s been a week and i come home to it being 95 degrees in my apartment and my cats were panting. turns out i needed a new AC, and it wasn’t my fault. trash chute is backed up weekly, people litter everywhere. what really sent me was the fact my motorcycle was wrongfully towed and i had to pay $400 to get it out of the tow yard. i sent multiple emails and 4 days later and still not a word from victoria or management about reimbursement. this place is an absolute joke and overpriced. they try to make it exciting with their “weekly events” but how about you hire more maintenance staff and actually take care of the current problems. avoid at all costs, seriously. i spoke with many of my neighbors and they all say since this building got new management it went downhill. the guy who works in the front office is the only genuine one. everyone else has no idea what they’re doing and completely ignore you. sad

      Average. Can probably get a better deal in another complex in area. Expect neighbors with pets to let them relieve themselves in hallways, elevators and to not pick up after themselves. Same with trash. Parking could be a trek depending on which apartment you live in. Delivery services/companies are not a fan of complex layout so be prepared to have to go down to get or tip to get them to your apartment.

Additionally, notices are sent out to any identifiable residents in violation of the pet policies and an email reminder will be sent out later this week going over the policies once again. While there are open parking spaces available residents do have the option to rent out their own designated spot for $25 per month.       NOPE.

      DO NOT live here. I thought that since Jason seemed professional that it could be a decent place. It was kinda dirty in the halls, there was always trash or dog pee on the floors and people would just leave their trash on the rail by our door. Paper thin walls. The unit I moved into had ups and downs, the floors were VERY dirty and impossible to clean. I had to wear slippers constantly because the bottom of my feet would turn BLACK. It was disgusting. I sent a simple maintenance request asking for guidance on how to clean the vinyl flooring and they didn't help at all, just closed out the request. I figured the unit had been vacant for a while since painters tape was still on the outlets, there were bugs in the tub and AC smelled TERRIBLE. We adopted a puppy, sent in our nonrefundable pet deposit, paid our MONTLY pet fee and couldn't wait to have our little guy living with us. WELL our neighbor apparently complained because of barking while we weren't home. My husband and I are both active duty military, we couldn't be home 24/7 to make sure the puppy wasn't barking. I called the office and told them we were doing what we could but we could only do so much. A couple weeks later the barking had slowed down significantly and most days stopped entirely because I was home due to covid and my husband was also teleworking 3 days a week. The neighbor stillcomplain when he wasn't even barking! I had recorded videos of the other dogs, right next door to us and down the hall, constantly barking. But that didn't matter. We recieved a 5 day notice from management to either get rid of our dog OR our lease would be terminated.. at the time I was 7 months pregnant and we were basically forced by to find a new place to live, during a pandemic. This apartment had already put us in such an uncomfortable situation by trying to find a new home during this mess and move out but now, after we have cleaned the unit and turned in our keys and left, APON THEIR REQUEST, MULTIPLE TIMES to just put in our 60 day notice to vacate, they were trying to charge us $1,400 to replace "damaged" carpet that had absolutely NOTHING wrong with it when we moved out and for DAMAGED VINYL FLOORING!! I had photos of everything that was damaged and dirty when I moved in. It is absolutely mind blowing what this apartment complex is doing and how they are taking advantage of their tenants. If you don't take my advice, read the other reviews because there are similar ones.

      You will not sleep.

      The noise from adjacent units is intolerable and even after complaining multiple times the noise does not stop. For the price you pay your standard of living is quite poor as you will not get a good night's sleep.

      It has been stated before on here and cannot be overstated. The walls are PAPER THIN. You will hear absolutely anything and everything coming from a neighbor upstairs or beside you. Rent a house, looks are cool and all until you have to go in for a shift at work and have been up for the past 12 hours due to inconsiderate neighbors. It’s not worth it, you could afford a mortgage with the rent you’ll be paying here. Do yourself a favor and rent a stand alone or a town home if you can afford to pay rent here if you’re not in the market for a house.       We have been having a lovely time at the lofts with a few exceptions. We are lucky to be on the 4th floor where it is quiet although it is pretty consistently dirty with trash and food throughout the hallways. I wouldnt mind it honestly if we werent paying a monthly maintenance fee. Other than that the parking is good, the unit is nice and open, management is very helpful and friendly. Try to avoid facing grand montecito or elkhorn if you cherish your sleep.

      The Lofts are really unique, not only it the interior design (which you cant really find in Las Vegas apartments) but also it its parking convenience. It feels very safe to be inside what I can only consider a fortress, with high quality amenities and great apartment size for the value. Its been a great upgrade for me and my family.

      Over all I give it a good first move. Probably not some where I could stay for years do to lack of sleep because the walls are very thin and you can here everything your neighbors are doing. I feel safe. I love the industrial feel to the building, I love the covered parking. Close to a lot of shopping its nice. Park right behind the building is very nice.

      When entering the apartment, its nice but so many little things were wrong. The floors in the bathrooms, living room, and kitchen were disgusting. Im not even sure they were cleaned before i moved in and had to mop the floors myself. Prior to mopping, if you walked around barefoot, the floors left your feet black on the bottom. The refrigerator had hard water stains on the front that wont come off. The water in the dispenser was turned off but when it was turned on with a new filter put in, it takes forever to flush out the terrible metal taste in the water. This should have been done prior to move in. The air vents also had about 6 inches of dust caked on them, and the wall if the shower was very dirty and i had to clean that as well. The apartment overall is nice itself, but the small things in between make for a frustrating move in. If you move here, make sure they clean THOROUGHLY because they certainly didnt with my unit and im not even sure if they cleaned the carpets. When i went to scrub something out the carpet, the sponge turned black also. My faucet in the kitchen also is very loose and has low water pressure. Ive had maintenance check it out but they were unable to fix it, so i just said Id deal with it. Luckily i can scrub down my dishes and use the dishwasher instead.

      I moved to the lofts to feel safe during quarantine. Apartment living during a time when many people are staying home can get restless. Now that I live at The lofts I am enjoying my time home. My kids love the floor plan and so do I. The space is inviting and open, perfect for entertaining guest. My neighbors below me are nice and communicate well. Ive seen so many different people of all backgrounds. I feel a sense of belonging here and am looking forward to being here until I purchase a home. Chatana is who helped me pick my floor plan, she communicated with me every step of the way, it felt as if a distant relative was helping me. I could go on about the surrounding areas and huge park that seems like its on the same property. Everything you need is right here from grocery to shopping and even hospitals and urgent care centers. I hit the jackpot of apartment living in Vegas!

      The problem I have is with residents (not all) that dont pick up after their dogs outside and inside. I am a dog owner. They also just throw their trash in the trash room instead of putting it down the shut and in the hallways and stairwells. Bottom line is there are just nasty, inconsiderate people. Maintenance does the best it can.

      I love my new apartment. Chatana was extremely helpful from the day my family first came to view an apartment up until move in day. She and the rest of the staff were very professional and attentive. When I moved in I put in a work order for a few minor things that needed to be taken care of and they responded within 24 hours.       My husband and I have lived here for several years, the office staff is great always friendly and if a situation arises, which is rare, they take care of its done. Same with the maintenance guys they get the job done before you know it. Love it here at the Lofts. Feel safe here, they allow dogs, even give them treats. Its a great place to live.

      Great Customer Service

      I narrowed my choices down to two places - here and another further south. The two most important things to me were location and customer service and I want to thank Jenna and Taryn for being so helpful! I bugged them for days getting quotes for park views, pool views, mountain views and the list goes on and on and on. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable especially when it came to questions about security (there is a gate to the parking garages and the garages are monitored for those who feel uneasy about a casino type parking structure). They also went into great detail about how secure the mail delivery system(which I think is also very important). They have a locked mailroom which you need a password for to keep your mail safe. They are also very dog friendly with not one...but two dog parks! I wanted so badly to live here, especially being a single female in the military, however personal preference led me to split a house further south instead! For you military types, this complex is walking distance from the park and ride (lot 3) and is right next to a beautiful park, not to mention the gorgeous mountain view. I'll be sure to contact Jenna and Taryn next year when my lease is up! Thank you two for being so helpful and thank you for making apartment hunting a whole lot less stressful.

      Picture perfect views!

      This place has it all! My apartment is a very spacious 2bd, 2b, industrial style with views all around. I can see the Las Vegas strip from both my living room windows and master bedroom. This allows me to watch the fireworks if I do not feel like driving anywhere. I also have mountain views, and views of the skate park and baseball fields. Shopping is literally right across the street! What I love the most though is having a parking garage to park in. It's an extra bonus being able to avoid the hot sun! The apartment includes a dish washer, granite countertops, washer/dryer, and high-end finishes. The additional amenities are two swimming pools, (one heated), and a hot tub along with a common area where management hosts pool parties, cook-outs, Karaoke, etc. If I happen to have a maintenance issue, it's resolved within a day. What more can you ask for!?

      Best location in Centennial Hills

      This complex is centered in the best location in Centennial Hills. You have the convenience of shopping, and dining just across the street from your home. Centennial Hills Hospital and SMA Urgent Care just steps from your door in case you get sick. And the RTC bus line just a seven minute walk from your home, that will take you to the downtown bus depot. The Centennial Hills Express bus even takes you directly to the famous Las Vegas Strip. From here you can connect to buses that will take you to the other areas of the Las Vegas Strip, and fine restaurants and entertainment. After a night of fun you can hop on the Centennial Hills Express bus to return home. A fun and convenient way to live and plan in Las Vegas. Nioka S, Las Vegas, NV
