  • The Oaks: The Indian Oaks subdivision began building in 1984 and is located west of S. Valley Pkwy, Round Grove Road, and bordered by Corporate Drive and Old Orchard Lane. There are two municipal parks located less than a mile from The Oaks; Timber Creek and Bakersfield Park and Soccer Complex.
  • Valley Vista: Valley Vista Estates was planned in the 1980’s with residential construction starting in 1988. The neighborhood is located east of S. Valley Pkwy along Corporate Dr., north of Round Grove Road. This neighborhood has a variety of amenities within a single mile radius, specifically the Memorial Park and Rec Center, Timber Creek, Bakersfield Park and two elementary schools, Creekside Elementary and Southridge Elementary.
  • Vista Ridge Estates: Vista Ridge Estates is a community of three hundred ninety six homes built in the southeast corner of Lewisville. One mile from the subdivision is a major shopping resource, Vista Ridge Mall which is easily accessed from State Highway 121 and I-35E (Stemmons Freeway) and is mere minutes from DFW International Airport. Residential construction of this neighborhood began in the 1990’s. Resident students attend Lewisville High School, Durham Middle School and Rockbrook Elementary School, easily within walking distance from the neighborhood.
  • Westwood: Westwood Estates was planned and built in the early 1970’s. The neighborhood’s boundaries are Valley Parkway, Main St., Kingston Drive and Old Orchard Lane. This residential neighborhood is less than a mile away from the Lewisville Public Library, Hedrick Elementary School, Marjorie Vickery Elementary School and Lewisville High School.
