A melting pot from people of different backgrounds. Amazing food, decent parks, but it's very crowded. Parking is a problem and rent is becoming so high.

The view of New York City from here are great! Central Avenue is also full of restaurants, parks, and shops. I have lived there for most of my life, and I absolutely love it.

Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, ideal for families. More and more options for bagel places, boutique cafes, especially over the last year. Love how friendly the neighbors are.

Quiet and safe area, ideal for young families. We have great relationship with our neighborhood and never experienced any issue with the authorities. Overall, the experience at Heights has been great.
