The area is very gentrified since in some areas you can afford to live and get a semi-good school to attend, however, some other areas by you can tell are better suited for wealthier families. But at most living here you can attend most commercial stores from groceries to drug stores.

It is a good place to raise a family, lots of business in the area. No need to travel far for any type of needs. Safe for the most part, not too much crime is around. School's provide a good education for children, no matter which one is attended.

I LOVE SPRING BRANCH. I HAVE LIVED HERE SINCE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND NOW WILL BE GRADUATING FROM THIS AREA. IT IS VERY SAFE, HAS LOTS OF GOOD RESTARUANTS AND PARKS. I THINK I WOULD CONSIDER LIVING HERE WHEN I GET BACK FROM COLLEGE.
