I have lived in Northeast for about five years now. We initially rented to get a feel for the area and fell in love with the community. A couple years ago we purchased a home in the Holland neighborhood. Holland is relatively big compared to the other NE neighborhoods. We like how accessible shops and restaurants are by foot.
