I grew up in this neighborhood. The neighbors here are really nice; after time they become family. Children can be outside for a while without having to worry about unfriendly neighbors.

Good neighborhood. Feels like a safe place to live for the most part. Affordable and near average public schools. Pretty quiet and stores are conveniently located nearby.

The neighborhood is very quiet and the houses are extremely nice. The only thing that isn't great (if you don't like loud noises) is the trains that pass by because the neighborhood is really close to train tracks. Otherwise it is a great friendly neighborhood.
