Wonderful place to live, would recommend. The apartment move in staff was extremely helpful and accommodating to my needs and made the process simple
I love living here- I chose to live here because the apartments looks more inviting than any other I toured. There is an open floor concept and natural light and it just seemed like a home. I also appreciate the amenities and the pool. I wish the workout room had a squat rack but other than that it has everything I need!

I enjoy living at Monaco at Main, in my search for an apartment I had not considered living here. I had a list of places to visit. I work close by and I passed by and decided to inquire. I've had a great experience living here overall. The maintenance team is responsive and efficient — every time I’ve submitted a request, it’s been handled quickly and professionally. The building is quiet and peaceful, which I really appreciate. I’ve never had any issues with noise, even during weekends. One area that could be improved is the cleanliness of the hallway near the garage — it would be nice to see that space cleaned more regularly.

Living here has been a decent experience. The apartment is okay overall, and most things work as expected. The community is generally quiet, and basic amenities are available. The main issue has been with the elevators, which tend to have problems more often than they should. It can be inconvenient, especially during busy hours. Other than that, nothing major to complain about.

My apartment has had countless issues with leaks, plumbing, peeling floors, broken boiler/ac unit. All of these issues have occured within the first year of my residency. However, the staff have been accomodating and every repair has been made, except to the cheap peeling floors. Take caution.

While I will be renewing my lease when the time comes, I will be doing so because moving is too much of a hassle and too expensive. I've been here 7 years, and my living experience has gone steadily downhill. I do still like my apartment itself and the location is convenient, but so much else has become less desirable. The new property and building access app is wonky and inconvenient. I purchased a fob that rarely works as it should and the visitor access system never works. One of the garage elevators is out more than it works and one of the building access doors from the garage is always broken. The lap pool is always full of leaves. The new package room that replaced the Amazon hub is inconvenient and not accessible 24/7 as we were told it would be. Accessibility for mobility impaired to the package room is also problematic.

This has been the best experience I had when it comes to moving in. Management (especially Scarlett) was fantastic. She helped me with any questions I had, and she made sure any issues with the apartment was fixed before I moved in. The complex is I a great location too.

I have call Monaco at Main Apartments my home for sometime. Nothing beats the location of this complex, specially if your work is at the Med Center. The Managing and Maintenance teams are the best there is. The work they put day in and day out is worldclass. If you are active and enjoy staying fit the fitness center is the best added value to Monaco.

Best place to call home in the Medical Center area. Nothing can beat this location strategically placed close to the TMC. If you are in healthcare...this is the place to rent.

Community maintained very well. So far move-in experience has been excellent and leasing staff Regina has shown wonderful attention to detail to help us. Will update reviews after a few weeks.

I just renewed my lease for an additional year. Love the location across the street from Target, walkable to NRG, and close to med center. Property is completely gated and feels very safe. Never any noise issues from inside neighbors (street noise can be an issue but that’s city living!). Work orders are responded to very promptly and the staff is very pleasant, and I’ve never had any issues with pests. I recommend this complex to others!

I have called Monaco at Main my home for over 7 years. Location, location...location! Right now we are so lucky to have the BEST team managing the property and the maintenance team is world class! The fitness center is still the biggest draw to stay here. My suggestions: Make the property better dog friendly and a bit of an equipment overhaul, maintenance and improve to our fitness center. I love living here...not going anywhere.

I HATE the new app to enter into doors/gates/etc. It’s not user friendly and I can no longer have doordash/ubereats/Instacart delivered. I even had to let fedex in one day, and I see the mailmen waiting at the gate as well. If your phone dies, is stolen, or just inoperable, good luck getting into the apartment you pay rent for. Keeping out mischief is one thing, but your own residents? Wild. The irony is, my license plate was stolen from the garage around the same time this “fabulous” security app went online. Great. Bring back the key fob. The units need updating and the complex as a whole needs a deep clean. Maintenance used to be fairly quick, but I’ve had some recent work orders put in that still haven’t been completed (placed 12/26 for reference), I’m letting the holiday closures serve as an excuse for now. We are now on our 3rd property manager since I moved in in 2023. Hopefully this new one will figure out how I can get my food delivery services and packages again.

I have been living here since 2017! Love here. Maintenance is very nice so it’s everywhere clean and great condition. Quick response for fix if something happens. Amazing service

I used to like living here but things have gone downhill very fast. The new app-based access system is buggy and complicated to use. It prevents access to my unit. Elevators frequently break and go unfixed for months. Locks on gates to pool make it inaccessible. Nobody cares. The property manager, Patrick, is never onsite, at most for a few hours a week on Wednesdays.
