This is the only rental property I own, so you can expect a prompt response to any issues that might arise. New gas boiler/water heater was installed in 2025. House has a driveway along the side that could accommodate 2 cars. Front and back porch as well as a small back yard is available to this unit. Looking for an initial 6 month lease to align with a September 1 renewal cycle that the other 2 units are on. After that point, a 12 month lease would be discussed.
