Generally no major issues living here so far.. Leasing staff is very friendly (dog loves greeting them) and the maintenance staff is very friendly. We have some nice general amenities like a small gym and roof terrace. We don't have huge areas so sometimes the gym equipment you want to use is being used and the roof top area is small compared to the much larger apartments in the area. The location is pretty nice however. It is close enough to walk to half street where the bars and restaurants are as well as the stadiums, yet far enough away it is generally quieter than those apartment spots. The National Mall isn't a far walk away either. I do wish I had a little more apartment room, but that's DC for you.

My experience moving in to Venture on I was extremely smooth. Everything is working properly in the unit anf common areas and staff have been very responsive to my questions.

I’m enjoying being a new resident. Everyone has been extremely attentive and accommodating. I look forward to my time making this my oasis as I settle into DC..

Great apartment in a great location. There are lots of restaurants nearby and plenty of bikes and scooters to get around. I had a few issues when moving in but the leasing office has been very helpful getting things resolved.

The area is beautiful it's quiet in the area the staff are very helpful and are very nice I love that there is security cameras to keep us safe I love the way they walk you around and show you all the nice things they have in there building

A pretty good building. Brand new construction. Leasing agents, maintenance, and staff are very kind and do a great job. Although it was expensive to use due to my background having little credit built at the time, I appreciated having TheGuarantors as an option for a co-signer to be approved to live in this beautiful community. Beautiful workout room. Leasing agents host many creative community events. This complex is big on energy saving ($$) and efficiency! For example, one of your bathroom lights are sensor lights. As for cons, it is not an extensive rooftop hangout area like other places I have lived in, just a cute hangout nook overlooking the capitol and enough space to walk to a corner if you need some fresh air. They also do not have a pool. Parking can be tricky for drop offs and guests you have. Last, they do not allow residents to use the loading dock outside of the business hours from 9-5. Overall, great building. Walking distance to the wharf or navy yard!

Making Washington DC my new home was made easier with the team @ Venture on I. Always available to help, say hello and answer any questions. The communal areas are clean and I enjoy having the option to workout in the gym or work in the sky lounge of pods

I Absolutely Love The Property My Home Is Beautiful The Staff Is Really Nice And Helping Any Time Of Need It’s Very Clean In The Building The maintenance Of The Building Is Great

Everything is super accessible and easy other than the package room not being organized. It can be hard to receive packages when they are needing a signature since there’s no front desk person. Other than that everything is great!

Venture is pretty good. Great staff and very kind. Would like heavier weights in the gym. The cleaning stuff is nice and super kind as well.

Great apartment! It's very modern, has high quality appliances, staff are friendly and helpful, the gym is fairly nice, and the common areas are very pretty.

The staff is helpful mostly but I’ve had continuous maintenance issues that haven’t been addressed or take a while to be addressed. Beautiful complex though

The apartments are really spacious and nice. The building is new, and the street is quiet. The area is really walkable and the nightlife is extraordinary.

Love it here! The leasing team is thoughtful and accommodating. I've really enjoyed being one of the first residents here and am excited to see how Venture continues to show up for their residents. Additionally, maintenance and cleaning crew are fabulous!! Very responsive to any needs.

My experience has been good so far I do miss Ms Emma but no complaints I hope she come back The apartment is safe for me and my son I love it

I enjoy living here so far. The leasing staff is friendly, there is plenty of green space around the area, and close enough to the navy yard to have easy access however far enough away to avoid the crowd noise. We do not have the grand amenities that the larger buildings have, but the small gym and roof terrace are still nice to have. Generally, the neighborhood is cleaner too compared to some of the NW neighborhoods since there is the SWBID and Capitol Riverfront maintenance teams that work the area.

A great experience from initial tour to move in. The AI chatbot scheduled my tour in wrong month. However, someone cancelled their appointment and Emma got me in for a tour. She was awesome, and my wife and I loved the apartments - we moved in a week later.

Everything is so wonderful and so new which I love!! The space is great. I love the windows and sun's light in, and the slow-close cabinets are a godsend. Walls and ceilings/floors are just very thin and can hear a lot.

Nice clean place in a great spot! There is a grocery store and a park nearby. The fob system makes everyone feel safe too. The internet is included and works well.

The apartment is beautiful, smells new, is spotless, and is a quiet area. The management team is exceptional. The technology is modern. Comes with some appliances, like a refrigerator, stove, microwave, washing machine and dryer. I love it

Great leasing team, good amenities, comfortable building that was built in a thoughtful way. Only complaint is that the security vendor for the building leaves a lot to be desired.

I’ve enjoyed living here so far! The appliances are super nice and the building is very clean. The building being brand new is a major perk. And it’s not super loud either.

Carlos was the most helpful during the whole process. We loved the vibe and energy of the building community. Loved the fact that it’s a brand new building. Super thrilled to have picked this place to call home in DC.

I love the new building smell! There are a variety of parks and restaurants nearby. One can see the Nation's Capital from the roof. The building is safe and some the residents are pleasant.

Great place. Fair price. Staff is very nice. Location makes it super easy to commute to work by metro. The area also has a ton of bars and activities.

So far i feel at home the safety the beauty the residents the management nice way of communicating is top notch and i will love to recommed Venture ON I to each and everyone looking for a place to call HOME

Move In and lease signing was seamless. Great building, brand new and near metro. My unit was clean and they are quick w requests. Amenities are nice!

It's been great, Caroline and Carlos have been super helpful. I'm so glad I made this move. I have more space and finally a stacked washer and dryer..yay!

Apartment is great. Quiet and the faculty is super nice. Carlos was super helpful and kind as he helped me find this apartment. The gym is quiet and lots of equipment. Nothing beats the view of the SkyDeck.

Great move in experience staff extremely helpful and friendly building is gorgeous. Just enough space with sleek style. Walking distance to almost everything in navy yard. MPD HQ, US Capitol police building and DC fire/ems literally around the corner. 5mins from the wharf

Overall experience is a 5/5. The building recently opened so you'll most likely be moving into a brand new apartment if you decide to live here. The leasing office is awesome. I did a virtual tour with Carlos before moving in and he did a great job showing all the benefits the apartment had to offer and also mentioned a few local attractions. The area is very walkable and on a not so busy street.

the views are beautiful, management is nice, and i feel safe. I haven't tried out the gym yet, but I love that it's here. The store is basically down the street. Everything you need is in walking distance

I love the management office. However, my unit is really weird, i.e. the bath lights and fan will not turn off in either bathroom. And that isn't the only thing either. I am the first person to live in my apartment and I only saw it when I moved in. I thought it'd be like the model. Otherwise, I'm happy.

I love the make of this building and its amenities. However, I have given this a 4 star because I have experienced some issues with the leasing staff. There seems to be a lack of communication across the staff members. When trying to complete move-in tasks there was a lot of confusion and misinformation. I assume this is due to the newness of the property and its computer systems. I hope that this information is helpful for the near future and look forward to being apart of this community :)
